You're clearly not invested in this share. Therefore you must be invested in trying to talk it down for some reason.
Mental illness? Competitor? Former [sacked] employee? Whatever it is, stop wasting your time. Everyone invested here has done their own research and made their investment based upon it.

I've been reading your lame posts and they hold very little validity based upon verifiable facts. My advice is leave it alone and go enjoy your life, stop being bitter and PLEASE, if you're going to comment, at least get a grasp of the facts.

You really need to do some research on this tech if you're to understand it. Also it's a long term hold. If you're looking for a short term holding, this stock isn't for you.

We're due a 'final results' RNS anytime now based on the financial year ending 30th September 2021. I thought it may have come today, but I certainly expect it very soon.

A good financial year report followed by a Dynasty buyout at considerably north of its actual value would be very nice.

If you mean the RNS. It's a statement of no knowledge of leaked information. It covers the BoD and if the share price remains high (as it has). It's the right move.

Probably a legal requirement too.

I think they are sells. The trade price is at the lower end of the share range on 31st December at around that time.

CE is the European marking Benyon. CE is no longer relevant in the UK since we left the EU. Although, it's the endorsement of 27 EU countries and several other EEA and associate countries. The UK no has its own marking.

CE is an abbreviation of the French phrase 'Conformité Européene' which literally translates as 'European Conformity.'
This mark while still seen in the UK is not a UK marking since Brexit, it is an EEA/EU system of conformity. The UK now used a different mark, the 'UKCA' mark.

While it is a tad disappointing that the CEO's of ValiRX and TheoremRx didn't rush through the signing of the VAL201 deal for us, giving up their Christmas Break in to the bargain, be patient, it should be coming soon.

From everything I've seen of Suzy, there has never been a firm promise to have the deal signed before year-end 2021, only a statement that it was on track to be signed by year-end or soon after.

My personal opinion is that it being signed in early 2022 will be much better than it being signed before a bank holiday weekend, where it will be old news when the market opens next week.

What Suzy actually said was that she thought the sub licence deal would be signed by the end of the year or soon after. No mention of an RNS today. While that would be nice and a distinct possibility it's certainly not cast in stone.

Thanks for your update. Can you point me in the direction of where Suzy said there would be an RNS of some kind today?

I've always thought these to be limit orders or stop loss orders. Not 100% sure though.
