Her top financial priority is to spend our money and not even invest some back in to a company she is CEO for. For her, this is clearly a lifestyle company.

Well, with Bitcoin going lower, it strains the overheads of miners even further. If our software can work for them, it makes us more valueable. It could mean the difference between make and break for some miners. Great bit of leverage!

I feel your pain Dave. Over 12 Months now and thought I would have seen a great return. My regret is not selling more on the last decent rise, but I was worried about 'news any time now' lol I'd have 2 x the shares for the same money with how low it's gone.

For a company in QBT's position, I would imagine a design only proposal to a potential manufacturer that is convinced enough that the design is tangible. Like you say, funding it from the ground up would be out of the reach of an organisation like QBT. If QBT can gain some credibility in the actual mining of Bitcoin with their software, this would be one step closer to reality.

Great news! This surely makes QBT's theoretical improvement more valuable to potential partners who might be looking to reduce overheads. Nice find fleccy!

Absolutely no surpise this has happened. It was expected. Let's see what happens next.

We knew a placement was coming. So there are no surprises here for me. They already mentioned that they would run out of funds by June 2030 and here we are in June 2023. Fortunately the 1.4p placing isn't as bad as it could have been, but £1000,000 won't last long either.

Good that the company keeps going, but bad because they're using our money to do it.
