Explains why the SP didn't seem to drop much on all those sells.

Not being played in my opinion. I actually think it's holding up well considering there are nearly 4 times as many sell as buys.

+ 28.57% on London Stock Exchange. Mind you with the spread the way it is, a £1 sell would wipe that out and leave it ?% down. Looks like there is a little more interest though.

100% a buy. The trade before it was at just over 0.31 and presumable a sell. To trade at 0.36 has to be a buy, especially with that quantity.

Steve626 - You have to look at the facts.

1) Recent placing has already taken place.

2) SCHURTER AG have bought in to 4.9% of the company recently. They wouldn't do that at this price if it was going to get cheaper.

With both of the above, why would you be concerned about a placing anytime soon?

I think the best way we can value Satoshipay is with the only tangible information we have to hand.

BLU owns a negligible amount in Dynasty now, but still 27% of Satoshipay, so roughly £3.5 to £4 Million for all of Satoshipay.

But it's bigger than PayPal 🤣

So desperate to leave, they sold their 1 share for free!

Not sure about Nick Slater. He had 580 Million shares, of which appeared to be sold just before the new tax year, but no TR1, so maybe parked with a broker. Those sales didn't affect the SP at the time, so still invested I'd say.

It's quite clear that the lack of update indicates that nobody is interested in Satoshipay as a viable purchase. Will be interesting to see how this unfolds as BLU are surely close to deaths door now as they stand.

If there was someone interested in a raise, that's a big if (would you?) I suppose the outcome could encourage some punters. I'd definitely take 10 Million shares for £1000.

This is why I think someone already invested may well see an opportunity to take the lot. We had someone with a £3 Million plus holding a couple of years ago that is now sitting at £120K [ish], if my sums are correct. It would certainly make Tony's life easier to exit and sell the company for beans. It would get voted through by the large share holders I reckon.

Sell Dynasty to fund the day to day admin? Can't be a placing, because who'd touch it!
