As they have plenty of funds and ongoing revenue, the only reason for a placing would be to facilitate expansion due to receiving a huge order their current facilities can't manage. So all good, one way or another!

Trading update was fine. If they'd put in block capitals "We're now printing £50 notes from thin air at a rate of 1 Trillion notes per day" the share price would still decline 🤯

As Schurter have not added to their stake here on the open market, the signs are that a deal could be near. If they were adding, then the deal would certainly be much further away due to insider trading if the deal was close.

We've had the MOU, then an announcement of how much of the company Schurter own and now an RNS informing the market of how many shares are in issue. What next? A take over bid by Schurter?

Hindsight being a wonderful thing, on 16th July I was offered 0.46p for my shares. Wish I'd have sold and bought back now, but a combination of greed and it's will go over 0.5 anytime now kicked in 🤣

I will never learn that going long on AIM shares rarely ends well. I could have traded £20K plus out of this since I've been in it (End of June) I am on a nearly free ride with an average of 0.055 right now, but could have done better.

There is nothing odd about where we are. It's just that impatience kicking in and other rainbows to chase.

At the beginning of my journey here, I too wondered about a placing being imminent, but as bamb says, Schurter and Cooley would have waited to buy in during a placing if there was to be one.

I would think there is no news because there is no news. It's highly illegal not to publish news, good or bad at the exact time it is available. Anything that could affect the share price has to be published, it's the law. When people talk of "they must be saving the news for Monday" etc they are talking rubbish. It has to be published.

I think we're just being impatient.
