This is good news. Schurter will buy more and it means there will be no more placing for a while if at all. So PI's more likely to invest going forward and a much higher share price. It's a win win situation.

1) Schurter no TR1 - They don't have to and the company provided the info willingly instead.

2) The accounts need to be independently audited, there is a huge shortage of auditors, hence the delay.

They may well be knowledgeable of up coming deals. To buy now with that knowledge is insider trading.
