I don’t know if SAGA has increased premiums on car insurance, but if they have you can be sure that others have done the same. Just because you’re not using your car as often over a period of 4 months is no reason to expect a refund! What do you think is going to happen when the restrictions are lifted? Everyone, and I mean everyone, is going to head out for a spin in the car. Half the idiots that drive will have forgotten how to drive or will rip around with carefree abandon and that’s when the accident figures will mount up big time for the remaining 8 months. But then isn’t SAGAs new policies over 3 years? SAGA are not extorting money out of you! You can be extorted elsewhere too if you want! Or sell your car and become a rich pedestrian and or buy shares in SAGA and get more rich! Just because the current SP of SAGA is low has no bearing whatsoever on whether the company is being badly run! IMO Hundreds of companies are scraping low at the minute. Lots have gone to the wall. Lots have thrown the towel in and are about to. I do not believe SAGA is going to croak it! Previous comments here from ‘seasoned’ punters with clear thinking and plain explanations say better times are around the corner. I’m holding to that outlook. Good luck Maldim!

Geese guys. Sometimes I feel like I’m betting on a three legged horse called Tri-pod! I feel SAGA has a much better standing than the likes of T Cook whose top brass cleaned out the cupboards leaving the old cutlery behind. I would like to think that our directors & Co will conduct themselves to a higher level! Current in-house reports appear solid enough but reserved of course. If I had a bit more in reserve I too would be topping up my share account to bring down the Break Even Point.

Total novice here.... but I’m heartened to see wots being said here recently! I was lucky enough to buy a few original shares but a while later sold all at its height. Makes you think why bother with crappy interest rate in savings account! Discovered in July last year it had done a double dead cat bounce down to 35p. WTF! So I bought a bunch and some more over a 3 month period. Three days after my last batch... CV bludy 19 reared it’s ugly head! ??
But it’s been exciting nonetheless.
I’m down a bucket load but what the hell.
I’m optimistic reading you lot! It’s going to get better.
