Fast tracking by Planners?
Unfortunately in my experience the action word “FAST” does NOT exist in Planners vocabulary.
Having worked in the architectural world and in my final years for a housing developer you’d be lucky to get anything past in one year or maybe two or maybe three fëckin years! It really was quite exasperating.
However this ain’t housing. It’s a different kettle of fish. H&W’s own ground and in its own environment. Reinstatement of similar buildings, with the prospect of mayor employment and income etc for the whole country etc……
Maybe the ‘Planners’ will have a size 12 boot up there áss if this isn’t approved in six months!
If you’re all expecting weeks, forget it.
Stranger things have happened.

The Rhinkha, or however you spel it, never a place to pass by without a BIG ice cream ana flake in yer hand or a mossey round the shop.
Lovely swims in Browns Bay or freezing me nuts off in Port Muck harbour, the coldest water along that coast.
Unreal that IM has zillions of cubic meters of salt 1500m below us, worth so much! And now so badly needed for gas/hydrogen storage.
BTW… Where is the hydrogen coming from?
