Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
No way of knowing for certain as it was probably filled over a few hours, but judging by the SP movement it’s likely to be a buy. Then again if it was placed when spread was 6.5-6.6p it would be a sell. Not that it really matters either way. Main thing is volume picked up nicely and we finished strongly above 6p. Looking forward to continued strength next week.
Think FOMO has been replaced by FOHO (fear of holding on)! ;-)
Let’s see what next week bring. Good weekend all.
Ask your MP that question- they voted down naked shorting (unlike US where it’s banned). Then again, politicians are just as corrupt as MMs.
Looks like admi n removed most of his posts now. The way he keeps going on about people getting email and texts responses sounds like he didn't get one and is annoyed about it.
Anyway, let's get our focus back on the prize! Can't wait for the newsflow to start, going to be very exciting.

Really bad if true... shows why you shouldn't believe anything on social media and just trust your own research. Then again sounds like a lot of people don't do any research at all before investing which I find astonishing.
We knew it was at standstill for a few days due to mud issues - so technically the tweet is correct. They confirmed to some that drilling started again yesterday, so would rather believe company than some unknown on Twittter. Considering they are meeting Government tomorrow and shareholders on Monday it would be absolutely stupid for them to blatantly lie about drilling if it is still at standstill.
I know it’s still early days, but I’m looking forward to the dual listing on Nasdaq. That’s when we’ll see our true value realised. AM mentioned it about 2 years ago in an interview, but said they had to wait for revenues to justify additional expense of dual listing.

Not sure why anyone expected RNS this morning after update from Strongman yesterday afternoon. Might get something later today but more likely in the morning. We’ve been waiting months for this, so why the last minute panic and impatience ? If you believe the oil is there, why would you sell? Obviously a few on Twitter trying to spread fear for their own agendas.
They haven’t sold any. Just holding smaller percentage due to 15m shares issued to Sandabel.
Definitely some games being played on very low volume. As pointed out by others, we were up 8% on 4.5m trades until just after 4pm. Then 400k trades wiped out all the gains - and they weren’t all sells either. We all know AIM is bent and some are just making their dodgy gains.
Ultimately it doesn’t matter unless you panic and sell. Nothing has changed apart from the timeframe. Personally I think relocation of pad has actually improved our chances. If we hit oil it will rerate based on how much oil we find. Today’s price won’t change that. So just chill out and relax... very exciting few weeks coming up whatever happens.
Multiple factors, but ultimately confidence. I don’t think we’ll even get above 7.5p until they officially announce we’ve hit oil. There’s been so many issues with this drill that only hitting oil will restore confidence. Could be interesting once news lands - assuming it’s positive. We also still have someone dumping- personally I think Sandabel cleared out last few days, so could be a shorter. Not that it matters as someone is still dumping and we need volume to soak it up. Let’s see what happens between 11am and 1pm today... for some reason the major sell-off over last few days happened during this window. I’ll be adding a few more before close if no major sell-off today as it would confirm to me Sandabell are definitely done. GLA
Could be wrong, but looks like another large order being filled. Will know in the next 60mins if correct or not.
And another 172k at 7.4p
Someone might be smiling a lot next week!
Everyone has their own opinions, but I'm still convinced we're seeing the last bits of Sandabell. Getting more aggressive, so must be close. Interesting how seller stopped at 6.41p today - just above the 6.31p they paid.
The directors will NOT buy any shares. The both have 11m options at 1.1p expiring next year, so no need to pay 4.3p on open market.
Sandabell shorted 6%, so roughly 10.7m. They were awarded 15.8m shares. So had 5.1m to dump on top of the short. Think aggressive dumping today signalled they are almost finished. I’ll be amazed if they are not done by tomorrow at the latest- if not already. Think news of R1/R2 accelerated sell-off as they have no interest in waiting for results- COS of 90% or not. Can’t wait for them to be gone
Guess that’s the problem with only 105m shares to go round. Difficult to get any decent quantity, but also allows people to play around with the SP on low volumes.
For me R1/R2 success is massively important - not sure how some can just dismiss it. If you look at Finncap note a success here would underpin SP of 8-10p with a free ride on remaining 2 horizons. Those lucky enough to enter at these levels should be rewarded with just R1/R2 results.
This share has suffered badly from lack of confidence in management and various setbacks with the drilling of 103. I tend to agree that there might not be much of a increase in SP leading into results from R1/R2 due to this, but think it will get a massive boost from success there as the confidence returns very quickly. I'd be surprised if not above 10p before news on Mengo.
