Matufa. 14th of July RNS reports they exercised initial £900k subscription warrants.

One other thing Charlie is if you have 5 minutes look up areas with volcanoes (Tanzania volcanoes is worth a search) and if thorium and uranium have a relationship to volcanoes. Past and present. And ensuing Helium being a bi product. It gets quite technical but we are not in Tanzania by chance given its geology and land layers.
I think we have made contact with what Mr Minchin on the back end of Ballentine has respectfully confirmed as a Helium site.
Took years to get here but very well executed with a hands on CEO.

Charlie. My opinion. Stratigraphy is to do with layers of substances. My take on Helium production is that it requires the degrading of Thorium and Uranium. So my personal thought is that when you have reached the source you are in a good position to extract Helium. Hence the drilling and the bubbling as per Chris Ballentine of Oxford University mentioning this a few years ago re the Tanzania location as it was seeping through other layers of ground.
So imo we have hit the actual Helium baring strata and the rest plays out.

Cobradan. Hi. Yes it was speculative and greatly appreciate you using that term. Yes we are as I believe all companies are due within a couple of weeks to report a Trading Update RNS. (Anyone please correct me if I'm wrong, happy for feedback on here from genuinely invested individuals).
Dosnt the timing of the subscriptions and initial warrants and my forecast of an impending Trading Update RNS seem like the stars are aligning?

It's when there is a mass buying or selling of orders which the share platforms and mms need extra time to deal with. So during trading it can be putting the brakes on either to catch up or after hours dealing with them to get a close of play sp.

There are some who are concerned we are heading into a social credit system due to a rigged economic crash. Thus having crypto would be a way of having independence.
There was an article as well about Rishi over the weekend with a 'Britcoin ' idea mooted. Once again this raises concerns of a social credit system.
This rise seems imo to validate those concerns.

We will be due a RNS soon of Trading Update. Early August. That should show the roadmap of the investments and I'm reckoning on a mention of the rather secretive product.

For a bit of a discussion scenario away from 737 might I draw your attention to RNS 8th January.
Aurora kinase trials no longer being continued by Chinese speciality company.
We have full access to research by said company. Apparently!?
Secret patent. Where was our product licensed? It then becomes globally available. Enter Edison. Enter subscriptions. Enter warrants.
Enter what a kinase inhibitor does. Enter concerns via Japanese Regulatory Authority re spike proteins moving to major organs from injection point.
Cold comfort farm. There's something in the woodshed. I believe we have scientific findings that have the Royal flush.

HL hold my shares. I think the discussion board asking for proof of holding is a means to coerce individual shareholders into being brainwashed into another crep deal.

My thoughts.
A RNS of a Trading Update in about 2 weeks. As I believe is required.
This will discuss the subscriptions and road map of where the money goes.
I suspect some rather noteable news re FLT3 programme that the China based speciality company was using under licence but then ceased. As they advised they are privy to receive all knowledge from the licensee of their findings which Sareum would look at closely. I suspect as we are the ip holders they missed a trick. Hence our subscriptions.
I wonder if HNWI #2 does a second subscription of about £1.6m and a 1 for 1 warrant at 11p next week which I mentioned before. I did think we would get a HNWI #2 possibly due to the Edison link. That happened.
I also wonder if the primary bid would be allowed to be included to reach Agile requirements of £5m funding privately and the other subscriptions including the lesser mentioned ones means we are able to apply for £30m. If so 'I think we are there'. Imo.
A few other thoughts but I believe we are being turbocharged.
I also expect a RNS of the board getting salaries increased which they had reduced by 33 and 20 percent but received shares at 0.025p (I need to double check that) as an incentive to progress with at the time a means to reduce costs.
Just my thoughts as this is a discussion board. Probably completely off the mark but that's my putting it out there discussion thought.
