Andy I was just about to write a very similar post.
The timing of the subscriptions is very timely! Definitely something happening.
On another note you mentioned Sidmouth Folk Festival back along. Well I can add I've just heard on local radio some extra tickets have been made available this evening on their website which will probably sell quickly.
Back to Sareum I'm of the opinion they have an orderly que of further HNWIs or Asset Groups asking to be part of further subscriptions. Edison (see the RNS) don't put out a product and board cv type of report to astute investors unless they have done their dd in advance. They bring attention to those who are seasoned calm investors something that is worth putting on their radar.
If you do pop down I will happily buy you cider or two.

Sog. Happy to read your posting. If I'm wrong, normally at so far shares in distribution which have yet more to be added (I think that's the clever part) that would require 111m shares for a TR1 notification. So individuals are keeping out of the headline RNSs that require a TR1.
Am I wrong.?

Right. My speculation.
Subscriptions and warrants.
1st June £900k @2.8p 1 for 5 warrant. +5p 5 days
15th June £1.47m @ 4.9p 1 for 3 warrant +7p for 5 days.
14th July initial warrants exercised @2.8p. + £180k. So 68.5m shares.
That's HNWI #1
19th July £1m Subscription raise @ 7p. 1 for 1 warrant @ +9p for 5 days.
That's HNWI #2.
SO #1 has with last warrant option if triggered approx68.5m shares.
So my speculation is #2 is following #1 and has 14.2m shares and possible warrant of 14.2m at 9p.
That would be 28.5m shares.
So if #2 did a quid pro quo investment then I speculate a Subscription by #2 for approx £1.6m at x price with an 11p 1 for 1 warrant.
So x price I will keep that to myself would equate to a virtually similar share holding but #1 obviously in cheaper. But you don't shoot the messenger do you. Its called a mutual investment strategy and you assist with paying more but don't step on their toes. S*it in your backyard scenario.
To date the Subscription is £3.37m. The warrant potential (part executed) is £1.67m. So next Subscription if as my guess would match warrants less a small bit.
So re read the Edison RNS, they are very discreet and selective when they report, and I'm further speculating #3 is in the wings (as it takes organising and dd etc etc) to subscribe at 9p with 11p warrants.
DYOR etc etc.

They are probably as valid as the elusive '1' code trade. But it keeps the grey matter going.
I did wonder if we would get a couple delayed trades. I think someone mentioned before either here or elsewhere that a SIPP purchase appears as a buy and a sell. So much going on in my head but would that answer the UT?

GeeJay I agree that it would be illegal for Sareum to give insider information. Pretty sure we are all agreed that the individuals at Sareum are not your fly by night /issue a tempting RNS to spike people.
The HNWI is very likely imo to be well versed in this area and these individuals have the very amazing gift of 'predicting the future), I'm not saying they have a crystal ball but they see ahead of others.
Pretty sure that is why alot if us are invested here. We see something that needs fixing and too date Sareum are pretty much in the stalls with excellent research ready to have the starting gun go off.
I said on the 15th I reckon we might see another investor. We'll what do you know we have.
They are doing the same as us. They see the requirements, the potential and are putting their money where there mouth is. Only a bit more than most of us.
And the warrants are a pat on the back clause that means they get further rewarded for their educated risk.
We will have something the world will come to hear about.....that ring a bell?

Juyamah. Yes I appreciate that. But my point is they would have been aware there was a big risk in buying them and so given a crazy spread to put me off derisking.
But they didn't so did they effectively buy my very risky shares and are now sat on them with no means to dispose of them?
It's hardly a business plan I would have thought HL would be at where they are now by buying rubbish at tight spreads that they lose on and I gain!?

I completely agree! I reckon that Edison RNS has a lot to do with introducing Sareum to a very niche clientele.
The other thing I've noticed is that the entry price for HNWIs is going up if they want to be allowed at Sareums table!!!

I also likened this to the RNS scenario to Novacyt a year ago March.
I sincerely think we are going to get the mother of all RNSs very soon.
They have been sweeping the runway ready for it.
I appreciate I have a slightly different take on why our kinase inhibitor will be rather really marvellous re covid and vaccinations to others on here but whatever the outcome something is coming!

So we own the platform for kinase inhibitor progress. Which they will have to pay royalties as we license said so far inhibitor.
I wish they would wake up about lithium batteries and a recycled in production aluminium alternative that is 3 times more efficient and completely recyclable. The inventor even drunk the liquid that is the ipr to prove the point. I know this because my friend served with him in the navy.
