I agree WIP. Multitude of great posters including zylo and the others who can squash a Wombles short written not factually supported rants in a heartbeat, and lth shining the beacon from quite some time ago and being very transparent in their opinions via non litigious posts!!
I have my ideas about possible RNS reports and timelines, but that is my speculation, which are all positive.
I still keep looking at the RNS rollout by Novacyt going back to December 2019 and the pursuing sp rise with a couple of shakes. But the be all and end all was speculation was rewarded.
I hasten to mention theirs was on the prediction/hope of a covid gene test.
They then got approval from PHE. Then the sp did 'rather well!!
Sareums position at this moment in time is not just one product . With Sareuem we have years of testing way before Novacyts tests in the same field (appreciate other fields as well so that's another tick in the box) but it is potentially a treatment for covid sufferers, as the Australian medical authority said such a treatment would be a gamechanger, amongst some rather other fantastic ipr with no let up in private investment.
Theirs was a potential test that got approved, ours is a potential treatment that has ticked many boxes.
I put it to fellow investors who discuss possible prices that a potential treatment as opposed to the initial Novacyt potential test would see Sareum as something worth a bit more than Novacyt? That's my thinking.

Working on recent subscriptions and a first exercise of warrants to get to the £5m amount for a further £30 m as per your link I think I just sh*t the bed. I think we are there! Will do the numbers but with the missus and she gets agitated if I get absorbed when I should be talking to 'nice people' when I actually abhore these social events.
First off two small warrants previously executed. Roughly £40k.
But go back to the primary bid RNS. I think that puts us at a feather over £5m private funding!
So if I'm right that means Monday goes to boom town.
Maybe a bit over excited but am I wrong?

Firstly let me say I'm well chuffed with the final sp.
But discussion of a shorter selling to create hysteria is not the case, its the warrants being exercised from the initial subscription. 6428571 of them. As per an earlier RNS they would possibly start to hit the market from the 20th July. That is exactly what has happened.
And guess what 5 days above 7p! So the initial HNWI could if they wished exercise 10m warrants on Monday via a RNS which adds £490k to Sareums Bank balance.
Sometimes warrants cause a negative sp reaction as investors see it as dilution. They did it pronto and guess what the market bought all those warrants (looking at the block trades) and the sp is higher!!!!!
That imo is a firm indicator that Sareum has some well networked individuals subscribing and no doubt their network are buying those warrants as well as individual investors. Not going to repeat my predictions from I believe 19th July which some have later claimed it was their workings.
Just keep watching this is a very exciting time.

The covid vaccines are only able to be administered under emergency protocol.
The manufacturers have zero liability.
The government undertook liability for any concerns and proof of vaccine linked concerns.
Then the government rescinded their liability.
WHY? If they haven't concerns of adverse reactions would they rescind prosecution and claims? Yet blatantly push the vaccines. Surely they would do well to undertake liability if adverse reactions occur then the uptake would not stall as it is.
Question on vaccines. A true vaccine has a component of a particle of a virus. So why would you test anyone who has been vaccinated as it would show up in the 45 Pcr test cycle, so thus positive, and why not just do antibody tests for those who have been infected and don't need a 'vaccine'. ?

Back to Sareum. The subscriptions and warrants are interesting it will control the sp for a period of time if and when the warrants are exercised
My opinion is if as I believe the next warrants are exercised if we are above 7p tomorrow then all i can say is that's a very strong indicator to add here.

Well we can see what has occurred so far. The method worked and individuals investors were pretty much told to forget about the potential deal and blow a raspberry to the board.

Is that close of play tomorrow the initial 6428571 warrants have been sold ( noticing the block sells) to the market and if we are above 7p cop tomorrow I'm guessing a RNS for exercising of the £1.47m subscription and 10 million warrants at 4.9p at a 1 for 3 option on Monday.
The week after we hit 9p region.

So just putting it out there do you think if there was deemed to be a spread of 'misinformation' and that the vote was possibly interfered with, that through some legal loophole a second vote could be invoked?
I haven't joined the other group as something in my gut tells me they want to count people's holdings and get enough for something.
The reason for this initial thread is that I was just pointing out shares were still being purchased a day before suspension so a market maker ( or a few) have these shares and decided it was a good idea to buy them. They were actively buying them with no extortionate spread.
Am I barking or is there still something afoot?

I greatly admire anyone who assists with any local hospiscare. That's actually my go to charity that I support locally. Involved personally in a part fundraiser next month that gives a percentage to Hospiscare.
So you are a decent individual and that's great.
Hospiscare tend to deal with end of life situations and support their families due to many reasons.
What is it that you think Sareum are bringing to the table that you think will be of benefit?
I said my reasoning and really interested what your reasonings are.

But once again anyone who assists hospiscare has my respect. Its not something to belittle or disrespect. I do get angry though when individuals make out they are assisting very important charities when they aren't.

I'm aware of lots of long term holders on here believing in the science and also very warmly welcomed new holders, albeit quite a lot of the new investors who have come on board seem via their posting history to be seasoned investors.
I know why I am here and have made my reasonings apparent.
Aka putting my cards on the table. Not everyone agrees with my opinion but that's fine that's why this is a discussion board.
My concerns are re introduced RNA that affects the ability of tyrosine to remove naturally degrading cytosine that if not removed becomes toxic. Basic DNA knowledge available to all.
Hence cytotoxicity and cytokine storms. Hence my interest in our kinase inhibitor.
Maybe you are being misinterpreted by your posting so what is it specifically or generally that makes you a keen investor in Sareum?
Would greatly appreciate that as I think most posters and readers on here like either a positive or negative post to be backed with something factual that supports their post. It gives it clarification and due consideration and thought by others.
Over to you. I appreciate you are very positive but a bit of your reasoning would be appreciated.
If we all just said ' this is going to be huge etc' without a form of justification to support such a claim it would belittle the very knowledgeable posters on here as it would come across as ramping without reasoning.

James the Exercising of the initial warrants were to start yesterday. So spot on.
So all as expected. Anyone trying to deramp on here at the mo need a serious headphone and some knowledge of the RNSs would assist them in not coming across as a womble.

SOG The word I like about our ipr they use in the RNSs is 'novel'.
I love that word.

Thanks for your response Andy. I believe we are on a similar hymn sheet. I'm totally in agreement with you re the "control" type scenario.
My better half is Cantonese and has a very well established family in HK.
I can confirm all of them have been advised by their private paid for doctors not to partake in having any covid vaccine. They advised to my partners parents they are awaiting experimental roll outs with liability causes to have a liability to any adverse reactions to an experimental vaccination.

I'm fairly sure there are some legal types on here who may have experience in vetting potential subscription investors before allowing said investment to be approved and RNS produced.
My point is I'm reckoning on about a month of dd to bring such matters to approval.
The Edison report was 5th of May. Look at the share price timeline. The first subscription came on the 1st of June. Then same individual 2 weeks later. Just look at the sp rise early June. I'm forecasting another RNS subscription very early August. The RNS re Trading update advised of some difficulties due to covid in getting the research data required. In a fashion.
I'm sure the subscriptions and that RNS was a gentle nudge to say 'if you want results it's gonna cost , we have the ipr, do you want in.'
Time will tell.
