I work for one of Feb biggest FMCG F&B companies in the world and even we cannot do d2c ourselves as we are not a retailer - we are in contact to start working with thg for the exact reasons common sense says- to engage more with our customers. You ACV not do this on amazon, they are merely an online supermarket platform for food and beverage (the best you can do is a shop in shop, but no specific personalization or specifics plus margins are paper thin on amazon)
