What that moron Simon bowler at numis doesn’t understand is that ingenuity commerce works on a GMV share model. So let’s assume Thg get 10% GMV of each clients total. Client A does £100m GMV through their ingenuity d2c, whilst Thg would only get £10m in their ingenuity commerce revenue, you would need a warehouse that can process and store the full £100m GMV. Sad that someone who is paid to analyse THG, couldn’t join the dots here. This is why Thg talked about their enterprise scale partnership pipeline with some customers who can do £500m GMV etc

i believe in their proposition and see the full company being worth circa 3 quid a share, so hopefully PE agree with this or something north of this
if left on the market, we will always be at the mercy of shorts due to the stupid small float of free shares

given this and the fact thg confirmed they had had approaches (albeit they rejected without considering or sharing with share holders!), why do we think shorts are increasing and also shares on loan is increasing.

I am increasingly of a thought that this company isnt an investment option, at least in the short term. THG do not help themselves by constanly over promising and under-delivering (profit/ ingenuity revenue/ new clients) or scrapping in (revenue) and shorts are in absolute control knowing the board are poor at comms. why use a FY update to inform they have received and rejected PE approaches. inform the market as you recieve them one by one - buuld momentum
today and yesterday sum up the short to mid term prospects of making money in this company

what are you talking about...china affects every company. today ftse is up. nasdaq futures are up. boo is up. asos is up. thg is down...open your eyes. I am a LTH with a very large stake, but blind optimism and excuse making for this share performace does not help anyone
this needs a PE takeover or absolute clarity on the structure going forward and on softbank.

Really hope it turns around. what I dont understand is if it is such good value or if we think PE will take it out, why do no II or even sizable PI take stakes for an easy return? not deramper as LTH and big stake, but starting to doubt and see better opportunities in other businesses

Yeah that’s a good point - they just about scrapped in on sales, totally missed profit and had to reduce at end of q4 and then only just scraped into the bottom range at FY close
Then massively reduced ebitda margin for 2022 but implied it would be same as 2021 without making it clear they meant absolute until challenged

this company and its dire SP performace has cost a lot of honest people a lot of money, time and stress.
its about time moulding and the board stopped missing profit targets and started creating share holder value - starting with clear communication of the bids they have received, the softbank option and when will we move to the premium market and when will he give up his golden share he promised to remove over 5 months back
