How the market can value a company at circa 1bn when it has circa 500m cash in the bank and in q3 and q4 is running at break even (as the cash pile stayed constant at circa 530m)
Knowing thy ingenuity will hit upwards of 112m at high ebitda - none of this makes sense
Esp when one looks at the high valuations nestle has bought nutrition companies recently

Regarding SoftBank, it is so interesting. The valuation model in which they agreed their option is still in track and I think ahead. Auto store is very well intergrated and Andreas on the board. I think a deal will be done- maybe different to the original or maybe the same but anything shows ingenuity is clearly not worth zero

I do agree though- this board are terrible at updating and managing the markets expectations. I see the M&A ceo (Steve Rowe) is leaving - he would be an amazing chair

With the pound falling since q4, and dollar surging plus high contribution of USA sales to mix, surely currency should go in our favour to offset some inflation
Could be why nutrition can be aggressive on promo
