Why would seperarion need to happen for the company to go private? It seems seperarion is merely structural if you look at what hs been filed at company house

if something is a foot, you can guarantee PI THG shareholders will be the last to hear (unless they read in a newspaper)

one thing for sure is that Iain Mcdonald needs to be removed from the board - be keen to see a full refresh with him and the other two who have left being replaced with fresh meat

for me this analogy (whilst good) doesnt hold true when the buyer is an insider - I think this is why the market lost it with THG. why not just allow them to do the due dilligence, make their offer, then reject

I think the board should have at least allow candy to make his improved third offer and then open the books if it was north of 2 quid - I guess it makes sense not to leverage the company with debt and so rejecting from these minnows is ok, if there is a big well funded PE that can buy out with moulding and no debt....surely the fact that 2 interested parties showed their hands suggests a whale will appear soon

Agree ZZ - no one cares what the board think or do now. There is little to no trash left between PI shareholders of Thg and the Thg board and senior leadership team. There has been too many examples of 30% drop days now, where the share price never recovers. I honestly don’t know how this ever materially recovers as any increase will be shorted down due to the small free float and total control of algos (I noticed qube slightly increased short so they must have even known about his before us) - it’s all a total s. Hit show, and good honest folk like Boom get stopped out, and a lot of us are down 50% meaning SP has to now double to recover

given its down -22% on the day, and -50% on the month, this suggests people are selling so cant imagine its too hard to buy
