It was discussed at the age that had it not been for this untrustworthy big seller that has used DGI to offset his losses in his other investments. The SP would currently be around .5p

These guys are unreal, definitely working for one of the MM’s or a small shorting fund.

I think it’s very obvious now that you cannot squeeze this any further. Any one who wants to be out is out. Just look at the trades. A few pounds here and there. Probably MM’s trading shares amongst themselves. There have been just 7 small trades today and yet the MM’s have marked it down 🤔

To be honest Tech guru. It’s very clear that nobody is interested in what you think anyway. Very good post Harley. I have said a number of times that very soon the majority of the shareholding will soon be made up of bigger investors that will all have a long term view. I will say again that no money will be raised at these levels. It doesn’t make sense, there is no urgency right now and it certainly doesn’t suit our largest shareholder that pulls all the strings. This is not me guessing, I have heard it first hand.

I have a little feeling that you might just see a little buying fairly soon.

You try and buy your shares cheaply then because unless you’re one of the handpicked few you will only be able to buy your shares in the market. FACT

Christian was very upbeat about the move to AIM mainly because of the VCT’s. He said that there are 6 VCT’s waiting to get involved as soon as it moves across

Very frustrating atm but will no doubt the future looks very promising. These guys are really on it.

Can someone please explain to me how the SP can drop any further ? The reason I ask is because our untrustworthy big shareholder has finished selling as he is now out of stock and it just doesn’t make any sense for anyone else to sell at this level?

I am saying this because over the past few days the volumes are so low. At the moment hardly anyone selling or buying.

No doubt our new group of resident derampers will come up with some ridiculous reason why it will drop further, but apart from these unsung heroes can anyone else give me a sensible reason.

Ps. I’m so thrilled that the Truth Factory might buy a few shares.

Yes, as promised, one of my questions to the guys was about Martin Broughtwood. The full team was there including the lawyers. The answer was that it is confidential as it’s still ongoing.

I also asked whether he would still be available for advice etc. Christian Eidem then said “ let me be clear, he is no longer any part of DGI. He is not needed in any way whatsoever, my guys can do the job 10 times better” During my one on one with Christian he also mentioned that he is taking on 3 more top class Tesla engineers. I joked saying that it’s becoming Tesla 2.

Martin was mentioned again later on and one of the guys there said with a smile. “ you can call MB want you want but one thing that is for sure is that he is an incredible designer. Christian then added that the motors that he has designed are the best in the world and this has been endorsed by numerous experts.

I will say once again that the shenanigans with the Broughtwood’s did us no favours but nothing in comparison to the damage that our untrustworthy seller caused. He specifically chose to sell his shares on the positive announcements especially the original announcement of the MOU with EVage. Christian was absolutely spitting bullets about it and said that without his constant selling the SP would be nearer .5p. I won’t go into names but both Christian and I knew exactly who it was. This is another reason that IF and when a raise is done the investors will be hand picked by Christian. Do not underestimate this guy and his connections. He is a big time player. We are in very good hands and get ready for more exciting announcements over the next few weeks or so.

I don’t know how much money they have left but one thing is for sure is that Christian looked far from desperate. Confidence is definitely high in the camp.

As I just explained the CLN holders will be locked in. I am one of them and more than happy with this.

Trust me. I will say it again. IF and when a raise is done it will ONLY be for the bigger professional investors that share a long time view.

Ps. The bonkers science part of the business also has potential but is likely to be outsourced. The big money is with EVage. Christian said that this route has brought forward production by 18 months.

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you but golf is is very mportant too 😊

Anyway I was actually pleased that I did go straight to golf because I was tempted to top up however I was also concerned that I was privy to a lot of sensitive information.

But you can now see why I came away from the AGM very excited and as many of you know very well I do not tell lies of talk b……t.

I asked a number of questions after the formal part and Peter Bardenfelth Hanson answered them in great detail.

I did mention during the meeting that they should put out an update and guess what, a few hours later and there it was. However the update has definitely been rushed because there is a lot more exciting details missing. I will elaborate further the moment that I have time.

I must also say that It’s making me laugh seeing all these posters appearing from nowhere telling us that a raise is coming and are suggesting it’s going to be done at these artificially low prices. Take it from me, IF and when a raise is done it will not be done anywhere near these levels. And secondly the likes of you and me will not be part of it. It will be for only hand picked big investors that will share a long term view. No spiv brokers or day traders welcome. If you want shares they will only be available in the market.These guys have already proved that raising money is not an issue.

The big seller was also discussed and there is no doubt that he has done a lot of damage to the SP. The good news is that he is now totally out of stock and more importantly this situation will not be allowed to happen again. Regarding the CLN’s provisions will be put in place to avoid any further problems down the line. Not my words but if this toxic guy had not been trusted the SP would be around .5p right now. But we are where we are and good luck to anyone that has funds available to take advantage. I will be advising all my fellow investors to invest as much as they can afford. Christian Eidem and his Tesla team mean business and it’s full steam ahead.

Went to the AGM today and came away very excited. Met Christian Eidem for the first time and I have to say he is extremely switched on and very ambitious to say the least The fact that he is by far our biggest shareholder makes him the best possible guy to have at the helm. This guy is seriously dynamic and his connections are off the charts. There was only one other shareholder was there so after all the formal stuff was passed we had a 30 minute one to one with him.

Peter Bardenfelth Hanson was live on video and answered all of our questions in great detail. I’m actually due to play some golf now but will elaborate later today if not first thing the morning. But trust me it’s all very very positive.

1/. World class ground breaking IP.

2/ Tesla Trio searched many companies worldwide but invested in DGI. Ask yourself why?

3/ Director Christian Eidem has 29% equity in DGI

4/ Many patents around the world including the latest one in China.

5/ Have been working closely with the MOD for many years. It’s only a matter of time before a big order is placed

6/ Have been jointly developing the Pareta technology with Cummins (Formerly Meritor) for many years.

7/ Collaboration with BRIST and base which is another fast track route to market. AN UPDATE MUST BE IMMINENT.

8/ Have purchased a furnace and mill in order to turbocharge materials physics and motor electronics.

9/ 5 months ago they confirmed a joint development agreement with a tier 1 commercial vehicle company that includes funding. Company not announced as yet however this can only be Cummins in the US. AN UPDATE MUST BE IMMINENT.

10/ Big progress regarding Pareta e drive system being fitted to marine vessels. Government grants included. Yet another route to market. AN UPDATE MUST BE IMMINENT.

11/ Enhanced Battery Technology

DGI’s hard carbon anode materials have already demonstrated commercially attractive performance characteristics, particularly enabling significant energy densities, in line with the best performing sodium-ion batteries. I believe that this was the main reason that the Tesla trio chose DGI.

12/ WH Ireland Valuation of 0.57 as a starting point.

14/. Joint venture with EVage. India is a massive market and we are now in poll position to take a big chunk of it. The Indian government have also committed to spend 7billion $ to converting buses to EV’s in all the large cities.

13/ Corporate brokers Cavendish appointed in February. Cavendish have access to the big institutional investors and Venture Capital Trusts. We are going to move to AIM to allow these bigger longer term investors involved.

14/. Recent appointment of yet another x Tesla guy. Pierre Pellerey is a world class engineer and having him now as CTO completes our dream team.

15/ Have just appointed Sir Michael Fallon ( former member of parliament) as a non executive.

These guys seem to be getting all their ducks in a row. They obviously have very big plans for DGI and have the expertise and connections to turn it into a billion dollar business.

The seller and the situation with Martin Broughtwood has definitely set us back a bit but in the grand scheme of things it was just a little bump in the road.

Be assured that this is only the beginning of a very exciting journey.
