Not good if you have anxiety problems :). I am totally convinced though that this stock is going to all of a sudden go crazy. Probably when we are all least expecting it to. Just a little more patience is required.

I still think we have a seller around otherwise this would have moved up a lot more today. Good news in some because I have some further funds coming on Friday and hopefully an still pick some more up around these prices.
I think anyone that has sold lately is going to feel pretty sick in the not too distant future.
If you all remember it took over 9 months for the deal between Path and DGI to complete. The deal was done at .6p. During the long suspension time the owners of DGI negotiated a better deal for themselves. If you read this paragraph from an RNS in February it must be because things were moving fast regarding the closure of a couple of supply deals. I would guess that the DGI guys were probably looking at pulling out unless the deal was sweetened by Path.
From a Path investments RNS in February.
“The Agreement has now been amended to provide for further conditional deferred consideration of £5.373 million to be satisfied by the issue of 895,610,844 Path Shares on the first anniversary of completion should DG Innovate sign at least two multi-year supply agreements for the provision of their motor technology with certain defined customers prior to this date”
Now this tells me that we are extremely close to at least one big supply contract. The moment that a contract is announced this will dramatically re rate.
It seems that @sileng is persisting with his short. I think that greed could end up being his down fall. Anyone shorting this stock now is on a hiding to nothing. No upside left here for them but a massive downside looming.
Very brave, I give him that
“The Phase I/II trial of MRx-4DP0004 is now progressing into Part B, which will assess clinical and biomarker activity in up to 90 adult patients with partly controlled asthma. Following the successful conclusion of Part A, 4D pharma intends to enroll patients into Part B of the study who are more symptomatic than those enrolled in Part A. 4D pharma expects the more symptomatic patients to give even greater scope for treatment effects to be observed. The primary endpoint of Part B will be the proportion of patients with a reduction in ACQ-6 scores from baseline vs. placebo, which was statistically significant at all time points evaluated in Part A of the trial”
I especially liked this final paragraph. These guys are extremely confident.
Yes I agree, a very strong RNS. There is no doubt now that live bio therapeutics is the future. The moment that they confirm funding is in place this share will dramatically re rate. The fact that this is in San Francisco should finally attract investment through via the Nasdaq
I agree this looks to be a very strategic appointment.
Just to remind everyone here are the Target Milestones for 2022.
EDT
. Sign agreement with tier 1 commercial vehicle supplier for incorporation into electric drivetrain solution.
. Sign agreement with zero emissions marine manufacturer
. Complete integration and testing of EDT systems in U.K. government vehicles
EBT
. Complete internal testing and manufacture of cells suitable for customer testing
. Complete comparison tests of hard carbon anode material cell level performance.
Complete Innovate U.K. project with commercial partner for scale-up of anode material.
Interesting that the new CEO has switched to DGI from a big marine manufacturing company. Looks like these guys know what they are doing. So undervalued at the moment
Yes I just looked, SNG up 50%. It does seem very much like the SP is being held down for some reason.
All very strange.
Market closed. Follow up RNS Monday morning. That seems to make sense
I certainly wouldn’t want to go going into the weekend with a big short position. I don’t know how they sleep. Must have big b…s that’s for sure. They might also need big pockets. I have a strong feeling that we will see an RNS Monday morning.

The shorter’s have probably watched Duncan’s body language and have come to their senses. He certainly doesn’t come across as someone that is about to lose everything. More like a man with a plan. I personally cannot get my head around why anyone would be shorting this stock right now. IMO very little more to gain at this level however a hell of a lot to lose. Must be better plays out there than this. This could move to over a £1 in a flash.
I’m as confident as Duncan is.
Thx for this RP. Already listened to it twice. I’m now going to have to watch it so that I can study his body language.
Be patient. We are only 2hours in.
@sileng. Maybe you should have closed your short also @32. It’s almost uncanny how times that sang buys in a the price immediately goes on a run
I noticed that yesterday that all of a sudden the posts became almost positive again. As we all know he sold out at 37p and buying back in at 32p is just over a 15% gain.
He will probably stay quite for a little while but no doubt he will be banging the 4d drum again very soon. Only problem is, will anyone take him seriously now? The last load of nonsense has totally wrecked his credibility.
Anyway. Welcome back sang, you know it makes sense.
Having listened to the podcast a couple of times now I am totally convinced that there is something big going on in the background. Duncan was totally relaxed during the whole interview. In short I describe it as cool calm and collected. Definitely not someone that was concerned about loosing everything as the shorters are trying very hard to make you believe. There is no doubt in my mind that this will be either a large cash injection of cash from Merck or a full takeover. As been mentioned by MHB, 518 is far too important to them and wouldn’t run the risk of losing it. Always a big dip before a massive rise. Cannot wait to these low life shorters get badly burned
I eagerly await the RNS
I take it back there is one person still shorting. You’re a very brave man Sileng.
@sang. I can see that you are very much tormented here but your decision to sell. I personally think that if we are right and a deal is done with Merck you will end up having a mental breakdown. You are obviously de ramping to hopefully get in at a cheaper price otherwise if that’s not the case you are a very sad individual for being glued to the SP of a company that you are not invested in. Best Buy back in now mate, your 2p better off from when you sold out :)
Yes, Merck are a massive company and this is pocket change. However being a massive company they will have an acquisition team who will be dealing with this. The cheaper that they acquire a company looks good for them. It’s good for their own pride their job and I would imagine pocket.
To ensure that Merck get a bargain all they need to do is ensure that Duncan and Alex are happy with their personal options, salaries etc. Duncan has just stated in the podcast how much he respects and loves working with Merck so that isn’t going to be an issue. Let’s be honest, if we were in the same position we would look after ourselves. Most of the shareholders will probably have to go along with any buyout over 1.10. My guess is that they will pitch around £1.50.
