Well that first statement is total nonsense. I was one of a handful of people that invested in the last private raise. There was no presentation, just a few phone calls were made to a few investors.

Does anyone know the current holding of Spreadex ?

It followed 20k worth of buys at prices around.0.845 so at 0.805 at 08.31 it must of been a sell. Anyway let’s not argue. I personally would love it to have been a buy.

Unfortunately it doesn’t make sense for me to buy at these crazy levels as I already have a massive holding. If this guy reds to sell his shares it’s a wonderful entry point for anyone investing now.

Yep. Like clockwork, there he is again. Another sell notification just announced. Sold another 20m worth at 08.31 @ .0805. This guy has done so much damage

My estimates are that he should now start to be running very low. Has probably sold close to 1.5m £ worth of stock over the past 6 months. The problem is that he has probably been denying to the main guys that he’s been selling so therefore they have not been able to find a new home for his shares. It would be embarrassing for him to admitting to selling his shares.

Anyway I think that we are almost there now and with him out of the way and the introduction of the big institutions and VCT’s we should see a huge rebound in the SP. I’m quietly confident that this company is going to make a lot of long term investors a lot of money.

I know I might sound like a broken record but these guys are on a mission to build this into a massive business.

Just the EVage deal is big enough on its own but in addition we have the Meritor/ Cummins JV simmering nicely along with the marine vessel route.

They are obviously intending to look for substantial government backing hence this new board appointed. We have already had a visit from the Welsh minister a few months back.

Of course everyone is focusing on the SP and wondering how can this possibly be sliding. It’s because we have had one on two untrustworthy bigger shareholders that have consistently sold their cheap shares into the market and have stepped up the selling in conjunction with all the positive news releases. In addition to this we have also had the unfortunate saga with MB. I am certain that they will not let this happen again and very soon the majority of the shareholding will be in sticky hands.

They have now given Cavendish all the tools to bring in big institutions and VCT’s. These guys have already proved that raising money is not an issue. They only want investors that will have longer term view.

This will turn around very quickly. More news to follow soon I’m sure.

Duster has probably hit the nail on the head. MB has been fired from his own business that he’s build up over the past 14 years so knowing this guy he I could be throwing his toys out of the pram and selling the last few that he has. Christian Eidem took 29% of them during the restructure. He’s lost all all his options his salary and probably his wife.

If there was any problem with the business Christian Eidem would be the first out and it would be zero.

Don’t listen to the scaremongering from these sad trolls.

Not sure why some of you guys are concerning yourselves over a raise. When and IF money is required, like last time it will only be offered to strategically selected investors and most likely at a premium of the SP.

Slowly but surely the spiv like brokers and short term traders are being weeded out of this share. As mentioned before, very soon this shareholding will mainly consist the big institutions and VCT’s that will share a longer term view. This is far from your desperate small cap company. These guys have the product and the expertise to build this into a massive company. If you want shares best buy them now in the market.

Watch this space.

Soon the majority of stock will be in the hands of the bigger players that will understand the potential and will have a longer term view.

Martin Broughtwood has around 3 % left if that. His shares went to Christian Eidem in the restructure.

The share will not all be in his name

No definitely not connected to the Broughtwood’s.

On the plus side he will soon be out and this should rebound very aggressively.

Other than this seller I think that the shareholding now consists of bigger long term investors that understand the potential. You cant grow this into a massive business relying on small PI’s. As mentioned before this share will soon be mainly occupied by the big institutional investors.

This can turn at anytime.

The problem that we have is that our resident seller still needs to offload stock. Even if we received incredibly news like a contract he would still need to sell. Has obviously lost a lot of money elsewhere and DGI is his only profitable share. My calculation is that so far he has sold at least 1.5 million £s worth of shares. Hopefully he is running low. Should never have been given these cheep shares. Hopefully the new board will learn from this and ensure that provisions are in place.

Yes, the Broughtwood’s actions have no doubt undone all the great work that the Tesla guys have achieved and he had to lose his directorship along with his salary and options.

Shoot me down but I personally hope that they have negotiated a deal that would keep him onside in some kind of advisory role. Perhaps allowing him some options on the proviso that he doesn’t sell any further shares for x period.

I think that this kind of arrangement would work for everyone. As mentioned before this now means that DGI will be able to afford to give Pierre Pellerey a package to take over as CTO in a full time capacity. We could have all done without this debacle however although we have gone backwards we are now have a more formidable team to take this to fruition.
