As we all know, the fundamentals of DGI are excellent and the potential is huge however at the moment the SP is ridiculously low.

Everyone is speculating as to why the SP has been dropping but these are my reasons based on actual facts.

Generally the stock market over the past couple of years has not been good to say the least and a lot of investors have lost a lot of money. We have a few large shareholders in DGI that have incurred big loses in other companies that they have invested in. For them, DGI has been there saviour and reluctantly they have had to take profits in DGI to prop up their losses. This effect will no doubt be going on not just with DGI but with other small cap companies that also have strong potential.

So then what happens is the smaller investors wonder why the SP is dropping and naturally panic and sell their shares. The market makers exacerbate the problem by continually dropping the SP on low volumes (tree shake), and before you know it we have an artificially low market cap.

The investors that have done their research will understand the potential and will keep adding.

DGI will be aware of what is going on and as we speak will be making plans to get the big players in. The recent engagement with Cavendish and the intentions to move to AIM confirms this.

I will keep on saying that we have world class product with a limitless market and the best possible team at the helm to ensure that the potential is maximised.

As most of the posters on here are aware , in August I was privileged enough to be able to spend half a day with Martin Broughtwood and his team at Caerphilly head office.

During that visit, one of the key questions that we asked him was, how far ahead of the competition was he with the Pareta© E-drive. His answer was that the only other company that could possibly be considered was Siemens, however he added that it would take them many years to catch up and even if they did the Pareta© E-drive range would be far superior. Martin is an extremely clever man and this is a serious piece of engineering that is most definitely in a league of its own.

Let me add that moving to AIM has always been on the agenda for DGI.

I was in a meeting with Peter Tierney and the fellow directors in July last year and we were told that two VCT companies were very keen to invest as soon as we moved to AIM. Our issue back then was that we didn’t have the funding available to make that move.

Also and very importantly DGI has already been approved by HMRC to accept VCT funding.

As soon as the bigger players are able to invest in DGI the current SP will look stupid. Just be patient guys, just keep remembering that we have world class product with a limitless market and a first class team at the helm to maximise its potential.

Market Makers are marking all the buys as sells. I spoke with my Broker and the offers are @ .1345. Strange that they have made the spread.13 -.14.

An all fairness I think Swaz could be correct in saying that the MM’s have been deliberately marking down the stock and spooking investors into selling.

I guess they need to make a living. So should move very quickly if further good news lands.

@ Swazers. You only seem to show up when the SP moves down. Probably has been shorted, I hope so as the shares will need to be bought back at some stage. It’s also given me an opportunity to add another 10 million shares to my already substantial holding. My average is well below the current SP however I’m in it for the long term so it’s just not an issue.

I will repeat once more that this is no ordinary small cap company. The IP that it has is world class and the market for it is limitless. We also have the best possible team at the helm that will have the necessary funding on tap to ensure that it maximises its potential. I don’t think anyone fully understands how good the latest deal with EVage actually is.

My prediction is that regarding the SP the worm is about to turn. This will move up very fast especially if it has been shorted.

@hyper-al. We are actually on the main market not AIM however it doesn’t seem to make much difference.

Our Tesla trio would have been aware of this before they got involved and I have no doubt that they will have a game plan that will not be dependent on private investors alone.

This is not your regular small cap company. DGI has an incredible IP with the best possible team at the helm to ensure that it’s commercialised . Just look at what they have already achieved in such a short time. The deal with EVage alone is enough to turn DGI into a massive company.

Be patient as the institutions and the big hitters will fully understand the potential. And before too long our company share structure will be mainly occupied by professional investors that will hold their shares for the big prize.

The share price has gone down because one of the lager shareholders decided to sell about 400k worth of stock. On top of this it’s the end of the financial year.

My guess is that we will start to see a lot of buying next week. Anyway, once again. The majority of us here are long term investors. The fundamentals of the company are excellent and that’s the most important thing

Regarding the one million pound grant from the Welsh government I do not have the details of the payment plan. We were told about this grant during our visit back in August. I do know that it was in place and would be paid on the commencement of the pilot scheme. Back then they didn’t have the funding to employ the necessary engineers to start the process although it’s a different story now. Incidentally they have a very switched on girl in the office that handles all of the grants.

Having said this I’m now starting to think that this grant will probably get superseded by something more substantial. As mentioned before I don’t think that Cristian Eidem would have made the effort to spend a day in Wales meeting the new Welsh minister just to exchange pleasantries 😀

@TW. Enjoy your holiday and hopefully the SP will be a lot more sensible when you return.

PS. I’ve just brought my V8 SL55 out of the garage ready for the summer. After those words from Old Slow perhaps I should think about selling it 🤦‍♂️

Yes I do.

The market for our product is massive. And more importantly our product is far superior to anything else out there. Our Tesla trio have already demonstrated that they have the ability and connections to make it happen. The JV deals that they have done so far show us that this is how they will build a massive business without having to keep calling on shareholders for money. It also looks like we could see a massive grant coming from the Welsh government to also build a factory here.

They are also moving the marine market forward. This market in its self is huge.

Yes I definitely think this will be a a billion dollar company. I’ve bet on it in a very big way.

And I can assure you that these guys are not in it for anything less.

It’s a fantastic deal for both parties. I found out yesterday that although the DGI Pareta drive trains are being manufactured in India they can still be sold all around the world. I also heard that the our team were also very disappointed with the market response. Like us they expected the SP to rocket. It’s just the timing of the RNS was a little unfortunate being the day before the Easter holiday along with our seller using this as an opportunity to liquidate his position.

On the plus side it’s given an opportunity to investors that fully understand the potential to accumulate more shares at a bargain price. BTW I have noticed someone is quietly buying up shares in 10 m blocks. Another 10 m report after hours again today.

Confidence is high in the camp.

@ Turbine. Absolutely , India is a very good play. Our Pareta technology is aimed at the HGV and Bus market.

At the moment there is no bigger market in the world than India. I will say once again that the Indian government have committed to spending £7billion over the next few years to converting buses to electric in every city. I don’t think that this was a coincidence that shorty after this pledge from the Indian government that our guys announced the JV with EVage.

I have been explaining to my group of investors how big this deal is despite the reaction of the SP. I have also explained that there has been a very big seller in the background who has chosen this moment to liquidate his position. Had this not happened the SP would have at least doubled. There can be many reasons why someone decides to sell. One of the reasons could be that he needs to crystallise profits or a loss as we are now at the end of the financial year. Possibly other investors have been doing the same and from Monday onwards we might see some increased buying as it’s the start of the new financial year.

All I do know for sure is that our new board are making all the right moves and are very driven to turn DGI into a billion £ plus business.

It is also very clear that someone decided to liquidate their holding and unfortunately the timing for all the other shareholders was not good. The RNS that we just had was fantastic and if this seller had not sold out the SP would have doubled.

Very frustrating for everyone else including the. BOD however hopefully his shares are being replaced by shareholders that can see the bigger picture.

Great opportunity to buy though and no doubt we will be seeing some bigger investors increasing their positions.

It’s being fully funded by E Vage. This is why they are getting 40%. It should have been made clearer in the RNS though as it’s a very important factor.

DGI are strategically leveraging so avoid raising money from shareholders.

Our new board of directors are certainly living up to their billing. Within only a few months they have already set up a joint development agreement with a tier 1 commercial vehicle company that includes funding. I’m 99% certain that it’s Cummins in the US.

And now another JV with a first class Indian EV manufacturer to develop the Pareta e drive technology. With the Indian government recently announcing a 7 billion investment into rolling out e buses into every city this is a very strategic move. Although this is a 60/40 deal in the favour of DGI it’s another clever route to leverage the company without needing to raise money.

We have a number of derampers

around that keep harping on about the fact that we need cash right now but they are wrong, it’s just scare tactics. When I took part in the last private raise back in June we raised £500,000. This money was 6 months worth of working capital to give Paul Kavenagh of Patronus time to arrange adequate funding. As we all know , in December not only did help raise £ 2.4m in the form of convertible loan notes he brought the Tesla dream team to the party. This injection of cash has put us in a comfortable position where there is no desperate requirement to raise any money in the short term. On top of this we are also about to receive a further million pound grant from the Welsh government for the pilot scheme.

I will say once again that Christian Eidem is not going to want to UNNECESSARILY dilute his own holding and therefore will not be prepared to raise money until money is ACTUALLY required. He will want the SP to be a lot higher than it currently is, that’s for sure. My guess is well above 0.3p.

I was very surprised that the SP hardly moved after this game changing announcement however I’m sure that this will no doubt change very soon. Overall I’m extremely happy with the way things are shaping up. Lots more announcements to come soon.
