Our only weakness has been the PR. So all the positive comments on LinkedIn will definitely help spread the word and should attract a lot more long term investors.

As soon as the Broughtwood’s are fully out (which I believe to be very close} the SP will move very swiftly. Apart from the short term traders, it just doesn’t make sense for anyone else to be selling their shares below 0.15. Incidentally, the price in the second week of September was 0.10 before the Broughtwood’s started selling again.

I am expecting that we should move past this price fairly swiftly . With loads more news to come, I am very confident that at long last this will gain some momentum and move up to a much more sensible share price.

Absolutely Scratch 🏌️‍♀️. EVage are always mentioning their relationship with DGI in interviews.

Our Pareta power train is an extremely important part of their offering so they will be very keen to get the JV contract signed and sealed asap.

Yes Jochen Rudat definitely deserves some credit. It is Jochen also that has made some great progress with the battery anode side of the business. This part of the IP is also very valuable . Lots going on in the background.

Yes they raised the bare minimum @ 0.075 which is enough working capital to take them through to December. The bigger more informed investors are confident that lots of positive updates were going to land in the interim. Also seeing that Christian Eidem is a 29% shareholder, he would be very reluctant to dilute his shareholding unnecessarily.

The big one will of course be the JV with EVage. I’m quietly confident that we will hear news on this well before then. And obviously the board must be fairly confident or why risk their own money. Once this contract is signed with EVage you will see the bigger players get on board. The only reason that there was a retail offering last time was because Cavendish advised it. I don’t see them using Cavendish again as money will be raised Christian’s own contacts. There is of course a very good chance that the battery anode side of the business could be partly or completely sold off and this would mean no reason for a cash call. I understand that there have been a lot of further developments with this.

Anyway, confidence seems very high in the camp.

I don’t have a problem with these guys making a quick buck. It shouldn’t make any difference to the SP but what these guys do is create some much needed awareness to the company and will introduce some more long term investors to DGI

The more investors that attend in person and meet our talented team the better as they will soon realise how dynamic these Tesla guys are and how driven they are to make this a massive success. I have had the opportunity to meet these guys and my immediate impression was that they are winners.

So when this presentation is announced I would strongly recommend that you try to attend or failing that tune into the webinar.

The more people like me that understand the potential and that are happy to spread the word is exactly what this company needs.

I’m not sure if everyone knows how significant this news is.

Firstly Cummins is a 35 billion dollar company and for them to want our technology is massive. Very few people know that Cummins- Meritor spent fortunes in trying to develop their own power train which included hiring Siemens so for them to adopt ours is a massive testament to our Tesla engineers.

The size and the weight of this piece of kit is what makes ours stand out from anything else out there. Also the fact that it’s more than reliable is imperative. This is very clever engineering indeed.

The market for our Pareta power trains is massive. No wonder EVage in India are very keen to adopt it. Keep your eyes peeled for more news.

Well I have to agree with Harley64, you are nothing but a troll.

I have no doubt in my mind that amongst other positive updates we will soon see the MOU with EVage superseded by a JV contract.

Let’s see if your constant deramping ends when the RNS lands. As sad as this may sound, I personally believe that you will absolutely devastate when good news is delivered, each positive RNS will be like a stab in the heart. I have to agree with Harley64 that you are desperate for this company to fail . All very disturbing considering that there are real people here that have invested real money. What a sad world we live in.

It’s funny how you don’t mention all the news to come as I’m sure that you are also very aware of it.

I’m sure it’s not December yet. For someone who claims to be this incredible accountant you have a hell of a lot of time in your hands. You seem to have this very unhealthy obsession to constantly watch a comment on this board. Very strange behaviour for a NON investor.

Perhaps Swazers I can give you a more detailed reason as to why the SP has dropped from 0.24 to 0.06 in 9 months.

The main catalyst was a very large shareholder that for his own personal reasons decided to take his profits and completely sell out of DGI. Nothing wrong with the fundamentals of the company, it was his own personal choice. No one at the time could understand why the SP wasn’t increasing after very positive news was announced. He took these events as an opportunity to sell all his stock. This then spooked smaller shareholders into selling and we then had the perfect storm. Then a little later we had the Broughtwood’s sneakily selling stock to gather money for their options. As we know they then came clean because the board were trying to establish who was actually selling. This then wobbled smaller investors even more and they panicked and sold helped by our resident scaremongers.

A company needs investors to grow and obviously will need funding from time to time. Unfortunately the short term traders hog the bulletin boards spreading fear to achieve their own objectives. Basically they are a big reason that so many start up companies struggle to succeed.

Anyway as I said the fundamentals of DGI are very strong and I also believe that in the very near future there will be a couple of deals done which would mean that they won’t need to go to the market for funding.

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that lots of very good news is about to land. We are waiting on :

When the news comes this will turn very quickly and I know for a fact there are many larger investors waiting in the wings. Just need to get this budget out of the way.

I spoke with Christian yesterday and one of the things I mentioned was a name change and the fact that one of our investors suggested Pareta.com.

He said that they are already on the case and have secured a name. I’m guessing it’s Pareta something…..

let’s not get to hung up over the exact name.

Yes, the relationship with Brist and Base is still very much active however the JV’s with EVage and Cummins are the big ones for us.

Absolutely love PARETA.COM. Apparently the guys have already secured the name and are on the same wavelength. Realistically the innovation part has been done and it’s now about sales and distribution, building the brand and getting as many Pareta drive trains into vehicles as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

Once again, these guys know exactly what they are doing. I’m very confident that lots of positive news is about to fall.

Nice buy price at the moment courtesy of the Broughtwood’s. Looks like a few people are taking advantage. Hopefully they will be flushed out very soon. It’s now become a totally different company run by an all Tesla Team, perhaps a name change would be good move also.

@Harley64. The presentation is for investors, not non investors. Besides that, I doubt very much that Truth Factory would be made to feel welcome there considering he has dedicated the last 5 months to trying to convince their shareholders to sell.

Didn’t he say that he would revisit in December ? I honestly cannot understand why he keeps trolling. Very strange behaviour.

The plan is that in addition to the webinar there will also be an opportunity for investors to attend the presentation in person. I would love it if more investors (especially people that post on LSE) could also meet the Tesla team in person because once you meet these guys it will give you even more confidence. These guys are very switched on and very driven. You will also realise that they are winners.

The presentation will be held in London and the room will probably be able to hold up to 20 investors. Hopefully a many of you would be able to travel to London. Will definitely be worth the effort.
