11/ MOU with EVage. India is a massive market and we are now in poll position to take a big part of it. The Indian government have also committed to spend 7billion $ to converting buses to EV’s in all the large cities. They are planning to commence production in H1 2025. It was also mentioned at the AGM that this JV has fast tracked sales of the Pareta drive systems by 18 months.

12/ Appointment of yet another ex Tesla executive . Pierre Pellerey is a world class engineer and having him now as CTO completes our dream team. Christian also told us at the AGM that he has taken on another 3 engineers from Tesla.

13/ Have appointed Sir Michael Fallon (former member of parliament) as a non executive. You would guess that he will be instrumental in securing some serious government grant funding. Labour getting in should work in our favour.

14/. In the most recent raise all the directors put their own money in. I’m sure that they are not fools.

These guys seem to be getting all their ducks in a row. They obviously have very big plans for DGI and have the expertise and connections to turn it into a billion pound business. You can be sure that Elon Musk will be keeping a very close eye on the progress.

The seller and the situation with Martin Broughtwood has definitely set us back a bit, but in the grand scheme of things it was just a little bump in the road.

But this has given investors an unexpected opportunity to get in at a great price. We are all expecting to hear news very soon regarding the completion of a joint venture contract with EVage. There is no doubt that this will be a game changer.

Part 1

1/. DGI has World class ground breaking IP that has been validated by numerous experts. The Pareta e drive motors are in a league of its own and the market for it is limitless.

2/ Our Tesla Trio chose to invest in DGI. CEO Peter Bardenfleth- Hansen said “The technology the DGI team has developed is exceptional. Jochen, Christian and I have spent a collective 90 years in this industry, and in the last few years have looked at hundreds of different technologies to invest in and commit to across the globe - DGI's technology was the standout”

3/ Director Christian Eidem has 29% equity in DGI. Christian has incredible contacts including his great long term friend Elon Musk.

4/ DGI has many patents around the world including China.

5/ Have been working closely with the MOD for many years. It’s only a matter of time before a big order is placed.

6/ Have been jointly developing the Pareta technology with Cummins (Formerly Meritor) for many years and six months ago they confirmed a joint development agreement that includes funding. Cummins is a tier 1 commercial vehicle company that supplies heavy vehicle parts all around the globe (current market cap 45 billion) . And DGI recently announced the successful delivery of a cutting-edge 450kW prototype motor to them. There is no doubt that Cummins will become a huge customer of DGI in the very near future. These is also a strong possibility that they could put money into DGI.

7/ Have purchased a furnace and mill in order to turbocharge materials physics and motor electronics.

8/ Big progress regarding Pareta e drive system being fitted to marine vessels. Government grants included. The market potential here is huge and definitely one that the government should be very interested in.

9 Enhanced Battery Technology

DGI’s hard carbon anode materials have already demonstrated commercially attractive performance characteristics, particularly enabling significant energy densities, in line with the best performing sodium-ion batteries. There are currently a couple of encouraging options being considered in the Middle East. Christian Eidem is extremely excited about this and believes that this part of the business will out trump the motor side. More news to follow very soon. Would make good sense to sell a part of it off and use the money for the motor side.

10/ WH Ireland’s Valuation of 0.57 as a starting point. At the moment the Share Price is around 6 times lower than that valuation. When you consider that this report was written well before all the excellent progress that has been made with EVage and Cummins it is a very clear indication to how ridiculously low the current market cap is.

The agreement that I have is very opaque. There is no mention of interest in it or an end date.

The deal was done in the interests of the company and very much in good faith. At that time the company wasn’t able to issue any further shares so this was the best alternative at the time.

So realistically the company are calling the shots.

On a serious note I’m extremely concerned about your mental health. Tell you what. If we all say you’re amazing would you kindly find someone else to do in your retirement. Apparently lots of older people are taking up paddle tennis these days.

One of my friends and fellow investors discovered on Friday that another very big investor has also dramatically reduced his holding . We have estimated that he has steadily sold around 250 million shares over past few months. In all fairness he genuinely thought that he wasn’t harming the company because he only sold when he got a call from his broker asking for stock. He said that he needed to sell his stock to support other losses that he has made this year. The problem is that, if market makers know that they are always able to find stock the SP will go nowhere. This particular investor is also a CLN holder so he knew that he was still able to keep a healthy stake. He said that he was going to keep those shares as part of his pension. My friend knows him very well and knows that this will definitely be the case.

But what this has highlighted to us is that he hasn’t been the only CLN holder doing this. I think that since February practically all of the CLN holders have hedged their bets. This is the main reason that share price stalled.

The positive thing is that at least we now seem to be at the end of this and everyone who needed to sell or reduce their holding has now had more than enough time to do so.

In short the CLN situation has held us back from the beginning but this time last year there were very few options available and DGI certainly were not in a strong negotiating position. They will now have the opportunity put this right and this no doubt stabilise the SP and will allow it to get stronger when positive news is released.

For this company to fulfil its promise it needs supportive long term investors. I would hope to see the SP nearer to 0.15 over the next couple of weeks. This will definitely benefit everyone involved.

Punter21 is another extremely well informed investor who has perfectly explained our options regarding the enhanced battery technology side of the business.

Your last post only highlights what a very sad life you must lead.

I cannot wait for the news to land regarding the JV with EVage, surely this cannot be far away now.

No doubt doubt that it will be a knife in the heart for Mr “the country needs businesses like this”

That’s now two great RNS’s yet the SP has hardly moved. I believe that it’s a combination of a few things.

As everyone is saying. It’s still not on the radar, however I have no doubt that this will change very soon. Lots going on in the background.

I am sure that the Broughtwood’s are not selling at the moment, on the contrary, Martin is keen to hold on to as much stock as financially possible. He knows how good the IP is

However, there is definitely a seller in the background. I think someone has been continuously forward selling using a Spreadex account. It has to be one of the CLN holders hedging their bets. However it does present a great opportunity for a big investor to swoop in and build up a big position at a knock down price.

Although it is obvious that the company will need further growth capital for 2025, I am very confident that the shareholders do not need to concerned about this any longer. The backers and supporters of this business with its incredible technology are fully engaged, we are all in safe hands, the future is looking very bright indeed…! Now you either take my word for that or listen to our resident doom merchant Troll Factory.

We just need to replace the toxic part of the shareholding with quality investors that understand the potential. Once this happens and there is no loose stock around the SP will accelerate very fast.

And it’s actually a good thing that our seller is selling his stock now rather than later.

He said our country needs businesses like this however he has dedicated his last 6 months trying to persuade investors not to invest DGI and if they are invested to sell their shares.

I hope that hardly anyone has listened to this charlatan because it’s so obvious that he has his own agenda.

It has to be one of two things. Either he is desperately trying to hold the price down so that his employers can grab your shares and buy in cheaply or the other is the very sad fact that he is just a he is just a Troll 👿

All I will say is that confidence is very high in the camp and this company is going places. HOLD THOSE SHARES it’s just the beginning.

Although VCT’s are keen to get involved there could be a change of direction.

Market is tough for companies that have nothing to offer, please don’t confuse DGI with them.

The battery anode part of the business is very far from a sideshow, you will find this out fairly soon. And no need to fret over the EVage deal, I’m certainly not.

Just out of interest I checked to see what was offered.

Only one million shares offered within the spread, that’s just £750.

Yet the bids are backing up. Loads all around at 0.0715. One of 15m one of 10m and loads at 5m.

Either our seller has paused or is completely out.

I don’t see the CLN’s being converted anytime soon and I am one of the holders. If and when they are, there needs to be some sensible arrangement made regarding when the shares can be sold.

It is of no one’s interest, including the CLN holders themselves for these shares to be sold for at least 18 months. Plus also if a CLN holder wishes to sell some, it should controlled through the corporate broker to avoid any disruption in the market.

Regarding the warrants these are held by the 3 main directors and the drivers of the business. They are all in this for the very long term, therefore the warrants are not worth being concerned about. If any of these guys were to sell shares before the company has reached its full potential it would be game over. Also MB’s warrants should be null and void as he was fired for breaking FCA rules.

The general mood around the city is very positive for DGI at the moment. I am also led to believe that the market makers are also fans. They are not too many small cap companies around at the moment that they can make money from. They see DGI as one of the them with a bright future.
