The numbers in the linked table aren't particularly difficult to interpret, but without proper context such interpretation would be meaningless. It would be necessary to know a lot more about the starting conditions for each study (prevalence, pre-test probabilities etc). It would be necessary to understand more about the composition of the tested populations, and to understand how the tests were administered (by a doctor/medical-professional, by a trained/practiced person, by an ordinary person who has just one try etc). I could go on...
Absent any of the above, no useful conclusions can be drawn.
