Didn't the hotels appear in the last set of results? So if transfered to MM why is THG RemainCo still picking up the costs to maintain them?

James it's all being planned. MM can convert his £60 million loan in December 2025, no doubt all agreed with MA...nothing stopping Frasers going for all out takeover in first qtr 2026 and add nearly £2 billion annual sales to their huge retail base, that all fits perfectly in with Frasers Sports and Retail Empire, considering Frasers already owns 12% of THG's shares and has several ongoing business relationships with THG RemainCo and THG Ingenuity. James, this is what fully regulated companies get up to and no better than individual criminal insiders. The FCA should fine them their annual turnover for each breach of regulations including making false allegations against THG as seen in the business cloud post yesterday!

Numis can spread as many lies as they like, JPM can go from 1388p buy recommendations to 28p sell recommendations, the City can spend £millions on shorts and spread illegal FUD, they can employ people to carry out illegal trading and go to jail, but THG are turning a corner, Debt has been slashed by 60% in just over 6 months to just £230 million, which is nothing compared to a lot of other ftse listed companies with circa £2 billion in annual sales. You can spread as much FUD as you like but let's see where THG's share price is in 12 months time..The City insiders and Criminal financed Hedge FUD's definitely have an agenda, but it will eventually backfire on them. Beauty Sales increasing... THG's Current valuation just 0.25 x sales when Peers like AN are currently valued at 3.5x sales.. THG could easily have fair value of £2 billion plus as that would still only be a tiny fraction of AN's comparative value...AN valuation of £350 million on just £100 million annual sales that circa 2000% premium on THG that has a similar market capbut near 20x the annual sales of AN..let's not forget THG are Global Brands..!!! The remaining £200 million net debt on a Company with nearly £2 billion annual sales is tiny compared to many many companies on the FTSE 250 and 100 indexes...THG have reduced debt from nearly £600 million down to £230 million in a little over 6 months. The completed Demerger of THG Ingenuity has saved another £100 million in annual Capex. THG now consists of two "Global leading businesses of Nutrition and Beauty that high profitable, Highly Profitable and capable of paying dividends."

No one's mentioned the £8 million annual saving in loan interest payments by paying off another £100 million debt. Debt reduction of about £350 million since last September..

When will MA allow THG to take the brakes off the share price?

It looks like someone got spiked buying 250,000 shares at 33.01p first thing today.

Is it MM and MA manipulating the SP rather than the Criminal backed Hedge FUD's?

Is MM playing games to keep SP lower?..Whey Prices were said to be coming down last update so why report a small drop in half year profit the day THG announce £103 million sales of non core assets?

If THG sold My Protein for £2 billion in cash tomorrow, the Share price would still be 30p and valuation of THG would still be at £300 million so long as Criminals are controlling the stock market and share prices...!!!
