Ephemeral posted the other day that THG aquired the Hale Country Club & Spa - £23.8M in 2016.....who owns it now and how much was paid to THG for it???? Surely that asset belonged to the Beauty division and THG shareholders? Was it given away with Ingenuity?

Unfortunately it does seem to appear that CEO, Chairman and BOD are serial 'fibbers' and provide questionable information to the markets if you read back over results, trading updates via RNS's...surely not very ethical considering the Chairman stated that the company always acts to the highest ethical standards in a recent RNS..? Maybe it's the company that should be investigated by the FCA not the Hedge FUD's? JAO Adyor!!!!.

There's appears to be a pattern of manipulation from within and from outside...in the THG Ingenuity Demerger document/RNS it was stated by the CEO,BOD and Chairman that ".... Post a demerger, the Group would consist of THG Beauty and THG Nutrition, two globally leading consumer businesses, which are 'HIGHLY PROFITABLE', cash generative and capable of paying dividends....." there was no reason for a dip in profitability in H1 2025 at the same time announcement of £103 million sal of the Claremont business. Highly Profitable means Highly Profitable...it's becoming clear that MM and other big players seem to be deliberately keeping a lid on the SP around the levels of the Frasers buy in and MM's Convertible Loan don't you think? The longer the saga plays out, it's looking more and more like MM is holding down the SP for himself, MA and other insiders to allow accumulating of shares a very low prices. Just a theory but all of the anecdotal evidence points that way. The Hedge FUD's stuff may just be a welcome distraction for MM..? JAO Adyor!!!!!!!!!

Maybe MM has deliberately tamed expectations to hold back the SP...after all he wouldn't want the SP shooting up before he converts his loan in December, otherwise the other big shareholders might exit before he does? JAO Adyor!

Frasers should just get off the fence and increase their holdings to say 25%..where else would they get another £2 billion in annual sales for just £400 million, they would get two global leading Nutrition and Beauty brands that they already do business with in part. It's a no brainer, unless MM is stopping them increasing their % from 13% for some reason..?????

THG is in a much better place than 12 months ago when the SP was near 70p, debt reduced by 65% from £620 million down to about £230 million and due to fall again in October by £35 million..yet SP at 34p...Looks like Numis and Criminal Hedge FUD's just won't let go..JAO Adyor.
