APN £100 million annual sales, circa £10 million EBITDA with a current market cap circa £330 million...now run the same calculation on THG..not forgetting THG has two global Brands in Lookfantastic and Myprotein...!!

Trauntracks why don't you run your calculator over APN using the same method...they have £100 million annual turnover with about £10 million EBITDA, yet they have a market valuation of £350 million. What does that work out for THG?

100notout..I didn't say THG Beauty Division was worth £400 million, I said that is the current market valuation if you assume THG Nutrition/MyProtein Division has a current valuation of £zero.. as £400 million is the current market cap for the entire group. As we've seen THG have just sold less than 1% of the Group's turnover For £103 million... THG Beauty is worth at least 1x annual sales I.e. £1.1 billion and Nutrition is worth about the same considering the new growth profile aiming 100,000 outlets..so that's another £1.1 billion valuation for Nutrition, equating to a very Conservative £2.2 billion total market cap for THG or just 1.2x annual group sales..that would give a Conservative SP of about £1.80p per share. Using any normal metric including provision for current debt gearing, THG should be trading at a very Conservative £1 per share minimum..? JAO Adyor!

Assuming THG Beauty with annual sales of £1.1 billion is worth the current market cap of circa £400 million (total current valuationof THGat just 0.3 x sales). That means Nutrition/My Protein business division is currently valued by the market at £zero despite being the No.1 Global Brand and has 600% sales versus Applied Nutrition despite Applied Nutrition being valued at £350 million.. makes sense of that one! Unfortunately Greggs are a victim of their own success and seemingly under pressure from many existing and new rivals like; Subway and othe large US based Fast food outlets, not to mention an increasingly competitive amount of independent high street outlets selling similar products. 100% correct. All broker rating and price target are lies, fake and it depends which broker is being paid by who. House brokers always give upbeat targets, brokers that are paid by Hedge FUD's give ridiculously negative outlooks and targets when told to..it's all 100% fake to con private investors into buying overvalued or selling undervalued shares, so beware!!!!! So is it that MM has taken two profitable multi million fully renovated operational hotels spa's for nothing from THG shareholders and left THG with a half renovated empty hotel in Manchester?

So why are all the costs being paid by THG in the last acouunts, unless that's now finished. But someone said there is an empty hotel in London still on THG's books?

It all sounds dodgy if MM owns the hotels and takes the income but THG is picking up bills for maintaining them?

Unfortunately broker ratings are 100% totally worthless lies and utter nonsense, just ask those liars at JPM who constantly posted increasing buy ratings on THG at the time of the IPO at 1388p Reiteration and then because MM wouldn't play ball the dropped their target to 28p... nothing suspicious there then? One supposes then, that any costs relating to Hotels come THG's way and any income goes MM's way, sounds a bit dodgy if that right? Adyor!
