The absentee Chairman Lord Lucan should be investigated by regulatory authorities for allowing company assets to be taken by the CEO and others to the detriment of the THG RemainCo shareholders, if the Hotel Spas and other Nutrition/Beauty assets were actually taken for nothing with Ingenuity? Pretty sure that the media would be interested what went on there if true? Are the Hotel Spas still with Ingenuity or have they now been offloaded to you know who as well on the quiet?? How can anyone trust the Chairman and CEO with all of these shenanigans going on right under the noses of the authorities? Don't suppose anyone will get a truthful response from Investor Relations into exactly what Ingenuity took from THGRemainCo shareholders?. JAO Adyor.

Re Shandypants....Doubt you'll get a reply from Investor Relations...thought all emails had to go through MM filtering first, so it will be put straight into the junk folder. 📂 ..If they have been pinched from THG shareholders on the quiet in the demerger, then wouldn't be surprised if the two Hotel/Gym Spas have been hived off for nothing and now in someones private ownership? JAO Adyor!

Maybe the Chairman and Ethics committee of THG should have another look at the Hotel transactions and report back to shareholders with some facts and figures?

Re OSG. Seems you're right...as for the very expensive fully refurbished hotels why would you transfer hotels and Spas that are connected to Beauty and Nutrition divisions to Ingenuity which is a Logistics company. One assumes the hotels have been sold of from Ingenuity now? Just a question Adyor
