Very interesting interview with an Iranian Professor based in the UK...he believes that the Iranian Islamic Regime is more or less finished, not just because of the current conflict but a combination of the dire state of Iran's economy..The recent mass protests were just the beginning of the end for the Islamic State, he believes the more moderate elements in Iran will eventuall transform Iran into some sort of secular state like Turkey. The US and Israel may not win an outright victory after this current conflict, but they have rained down so much damage to the Islamic State control infrastructure that it cannot recover to how it was before. Think the US will be pulling out within a month or so once thaey finish destroying what remains of the IRGC and other military capability.. The USA could if they wanted to just Carpet bomb 200 major cities in Iran and erase them from the map, but they are using precision bombing in small quantities to minimise civilian casualties and take out military targets...Trump Reiterated that he will never let the Iranian regime obtain a nuclear missile.
