Rocka you are correct, it was nearer 6% holding before. Mavern wad formerly known as Amati VCT. It was recently renamed. New policy: "AIM plus"

8th March TR-1 Amati reduced FAB holding from 5.62% to 4.94%. Effective date of crossing the threshold was 7th March when the share price was 7.8p, so the latest selling is at a higher price.

Yes shorts have reduced. PDT Partners dropped from 0.58% to 0.49% by buying back 93,000 shares on 21st Nov

A new above threshold shorter is listed (Walleye Capital) at 0.51% but we don't know what level they increased from. Possibly from 0.48% which was known on 21st July.

Overall disclosed shorts decreased from 5.81% to 5.74%

If passenger taxes stay the same, or are increased, then WizzAir is less likely to expand in the UK. For example there could otherwise have been an opportunity to take slots at Manchester where Aer Lingus is possibly closing its base. Passenger tax increase more impact on other airlines. If Wizz does drop some UK routes then I wouldn't be surprised because of opportunities elsewhere for greater margin and growth.

Tax rises for working people: makes budget airlines more popular for those who can still afford to fly. Counteracted by some folk abandoning foreign flights altogether.
