I suppose it's possible to calculate an approximate average price they sold at by going through historical disclosures. JPM was already at 1.06% prior to June results. Similarly DEShaw. So I think on simplistic analysis both have sold 1m+ shares at around 1200 or less.

D E Shaw increased their position gradually through June and even more recently with the price nearer £10.

Unless they have a strategy to force the price lower with more sells I'd say 1250 to 1300 might see a squeeze. But it's all guesswork. Long term WIZZ will be up past £20 whatever they do.

Passenger numbers due this week..I'd say pushing into the 1200+ zone again. Don't think the shorters have sufficient ammo to counteract the growing positive sentiment. But their tactics are beyond me. There must be good reason 2 of them are still over 2% - confident they can drive the price lower, back below £10.

The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has issued an emergency airworthiness directive, ordering airlines to replace ELAC computers on the worst affected planes before carrying passengers again.

The EASA directive stipulated that as of 29 November, planes can only fly passengers once they've been fixed. It is understood they will be allowed to fly on Friday to get back to base.

Is today 28th Nov the contract date for NCI renewal/extension?. I understand the US Govt shutdown may have delayed things but should we expect at least a holding RNS e.g..a temporary extension on the same financial terms whilst negotiations continue?

If the Israeli Govt rules against the unions and grants permission to WIZZ there's then also a risk of dirty tricks - airport handling staff etc in the pay of airline union bosses. Inexplicable delays and misshaps, lost passenger luggage, immigration delays and issues. Is Wizz up for such a battle? High risk high reward.
