The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
Welcome Sir, i was only aware of the article in The Times, glad to see it was in the Evening Standard too - great write up. Guess this announcement is still trickinling down in the city. You're beginning to show your age now with knutsford! Lets hope this does a fraction of that.
Market makers testing the market (and holders resolve). Excuse the tree shake. Let the price stabilise and then await who will be joining the wcat team next. Spoke to a few brokers in the city this morning and the Edelson appointment caught them off guard but didnt go unnoticed...theres certainly eyes on this. Timing is key.
A new high for end of day- 1.5p. Not bad going. Another day of buying like monday and we should be into the 2's as Zak said. Looks like the sellers were happy with taking their profits today. This still has legs and doesnt take a lot to get it going. Hopefully we end the week strong. GLA
I know it all seems abit bonkers right now, that is until you look at whats happening across the pond on wall street, The Times journalist even stated it in his article. Cash shells are all the craze at the moment and all of a sudden the "Shellmesiter" pops up back on the scene? I dont think that was a coincidence..
This is Mr Edlesons bread and butter and looks like he's suited up one more time to do what he does best. I think the craze has arrived on the LSE and im intrigued to see who else joins the team.

Looks like it made it onto zak's radar. Potential short term target of 2.5p?

Wow. I certainly wasnt expecting that. As a life long man united fan, we now have the man who appointed sir alex ferguson and helped make man united the first 2 billion dollar sports franchise as our special advisor!
Did some further reading on him and he certainly brings vast experience with shells and working with multi million/billion pound corporations. I wasnt aware of his role with asos, especially as they transformed the fashion retail sector and are now valued at billions.
Hopefully we utilise his skills and broad network when targeting acquisitions. With shells all the rage at the moment who better to have on our side than the shellmeister?! Man united have corporate partners/sponsors on every continent. This and the emphasis of utilizing blockchain technology in logistics and payments sounds very promising. This was a bit of a punt at the start for me but now im certainly glad i got in when i did!
Looks like we have a shiny new website. The implementation of blockchain technology sounds promising, glad they're looking to innovate and distinguish themselves from the competition. Shell's and SPACs seem to be all the rage at the moment so we wait with bated breath...
Interesting to see the price has sort of stabilised (and not totally crashed) considering such little volumes as of late. I recently decided to buy in on the basis that by my calculations it wont take much to get this going again. Have't heard much on the RNS front since the listing, hopefully they're busy striking deals. GLA
SP seems to be holding out on what would be a great opening week for WCAT, especially without any RNS. Daily volume suggests the buyers of the 600 million (0.1p) IPO shares have not been tempted to sell, even though they're already quid in! I wonder whats down the pipeline? May be worth taking a punt and see where this rabbit hole takes us..
The biggest vaccine producer in the world is based in India: 'Serum Institute of India'. The Astrazeneca vaccine has already started production there and has already been ordered by half of the worlds countries due to it being 1/10th ($4) of the price of the pfizer and moderna ($40) equivalents and because it can be stored and transported under normal refrigeration conditions, unlike the extreme sub zero temperatures required for the other two. Carclo as we know have a medical plastics manufacturing presence in india and are said to be involved with the vaccine in both india and the uk with syringes and other delivery devices on the offering. If these reports are accurate then the share price is sky rocketing and we should be handsomely rewarded.
