I'm guessing maybe Roland is aware that shareholders are not going to be onboard with a strategy that focuses on CCS, especially CCS in India. That's definitely a non-starter. So I assume/hope, there are some serious discussions going on about how to move forward or wind SYN up and distribute cambay funds to shareholders in a timely manner.

If the deal is rejected...I don't think the JV will make any progress. This has always been Selans gameplay to get cambay. They will just drag it out until syn collapse. Roland probably knew this. Its disgusting that they will drag the payment out too so the directors can take it rather than the shareholders. Total con job imo. I hope to be proven wrong but Rolands silence on the deal speaks volumes.

Delta, if that's the case why hasn't ppp communicated that? Ppp stated the gem deal was done, then it wasn't done and they didn't state it had anything to do with the vote at all... So you are making very large unfounded assumptions there. Not sure why you are choosing to do this?

Well, they have to communicate at some point because there has to be a vote. So hopefully they are working very hard to dig syn out of the abyss. Or maybe they will just do what they always do and present themselves as totally incompetent and clueless.
