Hepran, of course I care about my money. Hence why I spend time following this ridiculous saga and why I want SL removed.

But he knows they are his shares hence why he has been working for free since anton died, so he can get hold of them, acting with immense and unacceptable conflict of interest as chairman... Or is it executive chairman, (unelected may I add).

Actually when do we get to vote on the board... Oh yes, SL is avoiding that vote too. Not too suspicious is it lol.

And do GEM actually really care about giving the shares back to SL? They were happy enough to go ahead with the deal a few months ago and the auditors were in the final review stage so obviously happy to view ppp as a going concern... So what happened??? Oh that's right... SL realised shareholders were not going to vote yes to giving him a vast number of shares and control of the company. So he postponed the vote... Didn't even hold the vote. And now apparently nothing can move forwards until he gets his shares. But... He can't tell us they are his shares because it's all too complicated to work out that they are his shares.

He has made a total mess of this... It's not working out very well for him and I'm sure he will try more underhand antics to get his shares. The fact remains, if he could get them legally, why doesn't he just do that. I mean he hasn't been paid for 9 month's, he could have taken a real job and spent that money on lawyers to get his shares off ppp. Why is he choosing to do it this way???

Plus this will attract much more attention to his antics. Not sure he wants that.

so let sl get his shares that way... at least it would be an honest way. he would have to honestly declare his interests. apparently he can't do that yet because of the complicated network of companies but he can apparently try to scare us into handing him a massive amount of shares without him honestly declaring he will benefit.

GEM are engaged but cautious??? What does that actually mean? What is the issue with gem having control over the funds so the BOD don't run off with it... Doesn't say anything at all about repaying the shares lent.

No where in that RNS does it explicitly state Gem deal rests on issuing the shares. It's all inferred and vague... If it was a deal breaker it would have been spelt out before the vote, ages ago.

If that's the case, it would have been communicated previously, prior to the vote. However it wasn't. Only now communicated in a last ditch effort to scare shareholders. Simply don't believe it. Gem we're apparently happy until this RNS. The audit was just being finalised. Smells incredibly fishy to me.

The issue is, he simply isn't bothered about shareholders. Only himself. As are the majority of company directors. Total scam.

To be fair, it's pretty logical, obvious stuff. He should be more than aware of the issues from a shareholder perspective.

So many inconsistencies in the RNSs... Points to manipulating the facts imo.
