And he is basically tripping himself up with every RNS. So I can see why he prefers to keep quiet.

Surely a personal bank account would not allow massive deposits etc... The bank would surely ask for a business account? What about bank charges? It just makes no sense. Sounds like the company secretary was off the scale in terms of corruption. Surely this should be investigated.

How has an auditor allowed ppp not to have a bank account??? Why would ppp not have a bank account??? I mean wtaf. Why has this not been mentioned previously. They are all totally corrupt and should be investigated. The only reason not to have a bank account for ppp is for underhand purposes or it's a lie, and they do have a bank account.

He thought he would get away with it quietly. It didn't happen so now he is desperately scrambling around trying to engineer the situation to his benefit. None of it adds up. The RNS s from Lunn are incongruent, full of inconsistencies and don't actually detail one thing he has achieved. Plus where is RM? No one is getting paid, so why are they still at ppp? It's a totally ludicrous situation and I actually think SL has totally lost the plot now.

The final review process surely means dotting the i's and crossing the t's.... Not suddenly with no apparent warning deciding that the company as a going concern is an issue.

The rns makes no sense. It's just not coherent at all -

So to SL, it was reasonable that accounts would be signed off because of the Gem deal, even before the vote... But then suddenly the auditors aren't happy and neither is GEM??? The very hazy facts have been manipulated here.

He's basically admitting the TG group have been right with the information they have shared with us. So how anyone can still be complaining about the TG is beyond me. They have told us all this before SL was forced to tell us by them.

There is a distinct lack of clarity, and several parties have come forward with claims on the estate, or proportionate interests in the corporate shareholdings. Until these are clarified, it is not possible to confirm the precise ultimate beneficial shareholdings of myself, but these will be disclosed in the relevant accounts and prospectus documents as soon as I know myself what they represent in terms of number.
