He can't get what he wants illegally, so now he's come up with a legal plan but it requires you to vote for it. He's hoping people either won't read the pages of stuff or won't understand it or just simply will give up due to lack of time and having other commitments.

Some of us won't vote yes and he will have to come up with a more favourable plan for shareholders if he wants to do well out it this situation.

We are not powerless now. Shareholders have rights. SL is choosing to ignore those rights but legally we do have them.

Vote yes and SL will remove those rights legally and control the company.

Thank god there's still some sensible people here. I'll wait for the next pieces of information but I'm inclined to vote no because it just doesn't add up to me. Why does he want control of the us assets if they are worthless? Why have they all been working for free. Wake up. My vote and I have a good chunk here so I'll do what I want with it. Also I do think we only had this info yesterday because of the pressure put on by the TG group. That's what happened last time as well. At least of us aren't willing to bullied into submission.
