ASI, I understand you are trying to be logical and unemotional in your analysis. However, that approach neglects to question SL's intentions and just assumes he wants what we all want. That just isn't the case. If it was, he would be working with shareholders not against them. I'm afraid, I think you are way off the mark here. People are complicated and not easily understood using this type of approach. Gosh, that approach actually worked I would not have lost any money being ripped off by unscrupulous CEOs...of which there seem to be many.

CHATGPT may present impressive arguments but it's often based on incorrect assumption. I use it a lot and I often have to point out where it has gone wrong.

SL will have to either come up with a new way to get what he wants which is more acceptable to shareholders. Or he will have to go and let someone else try to get ppp back and creating value. Theres obviously something at ppp that they are interested in. Otherwise, why are they working for free...

What needs to happen for SL to get his hands on the US licences? Is it already done? Agreed by who? Him? When he represents both sides of the deal? Where is the safety check? Do shareholders get to vote on it? Does ppp have to come back from suspension for him to get them? Where does RM fit? Looks like RMD is going to put forward a new CEO? It's a muddle and I want answers and clarity. Otherwise it's a flat NO.

I don't agree ASI. I simply do not accept that voting no definitely guarantees admin. That's the narrative SL is going with. It's bullying to get what he wants. I don't believe it. It doesn't work for him either. So sorry, we will not agree on that.

It's not simply about reading what's in front of you. That's kindergarten stuff. Why is no one interested in the fact SL will own all the US licences? The only assets ppp had??? Or does that make things too complicated in your nice straightforward black and white picture.

I honestly feel like some of you are just reading the RNSs, taking them at face value, ignoring all the negatives and making 2 plus 2 equal 5. That's not a critical appraisal of the ALL information we have access it. It's a biased perspective.

V111JAS, ASI is under the impression we cannot be given any more information about the deal until we give SL control but agreeing to issue his shares. Seems very convenient for SL and not very convenient for shareholders. Not even sure if we get to vote on petroquest getting all the US licences... Not clear at all.

I simply don't agree ASI. That may be your view but it certainly isn't mine. I guess that's the issue.
