Agree delta. The vote could come first and if shareholders vote yes then SL will have control of the company. What happens next is anyone's guess but we won't have a choice in it. I highly doubt there will be more detail that can be relied upon before the vote. Will just be more smoke and mirrors if any at all.

Zag, they have written down 7m worth of assets... That's a very good reason why it will crash... Not to mention the fact everyone wants out.

We need to see more information from SL. But will be oblige?? All any of us want is our money back but he cannot be trusted. He needs to be transparent with what he is proposing for ppp future if he wants votes.

Zag, I would usually agree with you when it comes to things inside our control. However, the situation at ppp is out of our hands apart from a vote. There has to be an amount of critical thought because SL cannot be trusted to be open as he has proven countless times unfortunately.

It really bugs me that SL has not been up front and detailed about all this because it really diminishes trust.

I know you think a no vote means we lose our money but I'm still not convinced. I think SL needs this to come back so he can get what he wants. Otherwise, he will lose out too.
