Has anyone actually read the rns? They have written off over 7m in assets... Wonder how much those assets are actually worth and why RM is sticking around. The directors have concluded... It was their decision to come up with this number. No transparency as to where they got the figure from. They basically have nothing now.

Zag, seeing as neither of us is in the TG or involved with what they are doing, it's not really our place to lambast them over it. I'm not holding out much hope of us having a positive outcome here either but if we do, I'm pretty sure it will have something to do with the work going on behind the scenes by a small number of shareholders. So fingers crossed. No point whinging at them. Let them get on with it. Let's see what happens. One thing is obvious, SL is in no rush to help us, despite what people write on here. He has done absolutely nothing and who knows what RM is hanging around for. Vultures.

I think at this stage, a wind up or a buy out at 0.06p would be the most preferable option. Unless, Roland has got an amazing strategic plan, new partner and new funding. All highly unlikely.

We are all in the same boat and thankfully some people are spending more money and time trying to improve our situation. No idea why the TG group constantly get abuse. It's the BOD (past and present) that have put us in the this situation.

It's looking very bleak for shareholders.

If the company has no money and everything is so dire, why is are SL and RM there? Why hasn't this delisted yet? Why did SL say he had entered into an agreement with gem and then back track. What has giving the pledged shares back got to do with gem and why does it have to be done now when SL is the main beneficiary. Why hasnt SL actually gone into any detail about any of the issues? The extent of his description is "a complete meltdown in the US". I am still waiting for SL to actually provide a clear, coherent picture of wtf is going on.

Where are the proposals SL has put forward to get ppp back? I must have missed them!

I absolutely do not regret voting no. SL gave use zero information to base our decision on and he continues with this approach. He has no intention of ppp having a future. He just wants to find feather his own nest.
