Zag, I have to agree with delta, SL has written down the licences and the GV JV is not happening. Plus SL wants to write off the petroquest loan on return for 50% of nobel US. The assets have been stripped essentially. Ppp is supposedly worthless now. The only thing ppp has going for it on paper is it's listing. Hence the rto. There will be immense dilution. That's pretty certain if you look at other rtos. I honestly have no idea why any of you think you will see much of your money back by voting yes. The Ukraine deal is a nonsense imo. Probably won't even happen. It's just a smoke screen to distract shareholders from all the rest of the problems.

Wolfman, I want to hear from Roland. I don't trust much to be returned to shareholders at all. Roland will keep it for CCS and his salary.

I also doubt there will be any useful information published before the vote. Imo it's unacceptable to expect us to vote with the dearth of information we have currently. I await the investor meet. Hoping SL sees sense. He needs ppp to survive. We want ppp to survive. He needs us to make that happen. So over to him. Hopefully, he can find a way to work with existing shareholders, not against them.

General reading on RTOs Zag, it obviously depends on the deal and who holds the power. Seeing as SL has written down the US assets and is giving them to himself, that leaves ppp is rather a weak position. This means a high level of dilution for existing shareholders is more likely. So I would like to hear from SL some more details on this.

If SL wants us to vote in favour, he really needs to show us why it's beneficial to existing shareholders.

I'd like to know the amount of dilution. I've read depending on the deal and the value of the existing company, existing shareholders can end up with as little as 1-5% of the company.

Roland really needs to answer these questions.

I agree Gasman. Anyone who is excited about doing business in Ukraine rather than the US right now is either deluded or lying. Why does no one care that SL will have 50% of nobel US? While we get a tiny proportion of a speculative punt in a country with an ongoing war with Russia/Putin. It's honestly madness how people's brains work. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter how positive the yes voters are, when this comes back, their holding will be pretty much worthless.
