Sajad, what you are failing to grasp, is the response I will get is meaningless. Much like all the communication from the company over the last 8 years. Absolutely none of what was promised has happened. The majority of shareholders have watched the sp plummet will the board have been taking money out for their salaries. Selan have syn over a barrel and Roland has done absolutely nothing to protect the company or shareholders. There are no protective clauses in the JV agreement. We cannot afford to take Selan to court.

Did they say why the FCA complaint was preventing them releasing the RNS (I assume the complaint is only at an early stage according to M22C). It doesn't make any sense to me. Unless the RNS relates to the complaint. I can see why there may be complaints about the Texas assets being impaired etc. Or about Texas in general, given what happened before suspension.

What else could the complaint be about and why is it so significant as to affect ppp operating as planned?

Why are you pretty sure Zag? If the RNS was not related to the FCA complaint, then why could it not be released?

I had assumed any FCA complaint would be about historical issues relating to ppp and Texas.

Affrm, if they mislead shareholders on the call about the FCA complaint blocking the RNS release, then that is very serious. Arguably, more serious than if there is an FCA complaint which has blocked the RNS release and they haven't informed all shareholders of this via RNS.

M22C, all shareholders should be kept equally informed by ppp of anything that's actually worth knowing. The information should be RNSd. That's the whole point.
