The audited 2024/25 accounts presented here bring the Company up to date with its statutory reporting obligations in regard to overdue, audited, accounts filings, and ending the cycle of missed account filings, impaired accounts and audits caused by mismanagement in the past.

In conjunction with the release of the upcoming 2025/26 Interim Report, in short order from today, the Company will have been brought fully into compliance, upon publication and filing, removing the reasons for the suspension of the Company from the exchange.

"From an accounting perspective, this clears the path to apply for re-admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange, which the Board intends to request immediately. There can be no guarantee that this request will be met with a positive response and immediate return to trading.

For the record, it is not the intention of this board to delay the return of the Company to trading on the exchange until after the RTO announced in Q4:2025, this is still an active situation, but will not be allowed, nor used, to delay an orderly return to trading of the Company"

"Richard Spinks, Executive Chairman added: "We continue to work with the Company's auditors to ensure we can publish the final set of overdue accounts as soon as possible, and then the interim accounts for 2025/26 very shortly after that. Our auditors would like additional time to ensure the audit process is fully compliant and we are comfortable with this. At the point we, as the Board of Directors, are happy with the accounts we will publish the 2024/25 audited accounts, interims, and then request to trading on the London Stock Exchange."

Something has been up for weeks... They were supposed to RNS some good news supposedly before one of the shareholder calls then the FCA complaint apparently prevented them publishing it... I wonder when they will decide to fess up.

Dealer, have a look at my history. I was here before suspension and I have far too many shares. You are just making stuff up to suit your agenda. All the positivity in the world is not going to stop this plummeting unless ppp release some good news and I don't mean the Ukraine licence.

I've changed my mind on that now since I realised the implications of the document which was filed at companies house which delta alerted us to. Don't think ppp have informed us of it. So yeah I agree it might come back before the RTO. I'm interested to know what has been decided on the Texas assets.

Why Leddaxh? This is about the the change of broker, which seems bizarre to me.

From the filing made during the week, looks like conversion might be the way rmd goes. Then it would make sense to for them to return to trading in order to do the conversion and gain control that way before the RTO vote.

Whatever happens, RMD has deliberately structured its position so it can choose whether to use conversion, continued lending, or enforcement to gain control of ppp.

Actually, I've jsut realised the registration of charge filed this week, essentially probably means rmd can get control of ppp without an rto if ppp default. So that could be another avenue they are exploring.

They haven't mentioned the agm or the rto in the last 2 RNSs. Wonder why.

Zag, unlike you, I have actually read all the RNSs very carefully. Unfortunately, I don't believe we will get the chance to sell before the RTO, which so what I am trying to tell you. I would love to sell before the RTO but ppp themselves had stated the rto negotiations are ongoing and they could prevent trading from resuming. I think it's highly unlikely the request to trade at this stage will en approved before the RTO completion. Just look at the recent filing... Can you not understand how far rmd have already infiltrated ppp. It's done...

This activity, in parallel to the ongoing RTO process, will accelerate the time to production by many months, meaning that with further funding from RMD Group available for this purpose, the Company will not have to 'mark time' whilst the General Meeting and readmission to trading are navigated going forward.
