As stated yesterday, I don't want the additional noise. In my view, shareholder calls are sales pitches /PR/marketing /expectation management. I just want the facts. Not that I have to explain myself to you or anyone else. Why don't you become more curious about ppp rather than other shareholders.

So M22C, I don't understand what is different this time because there have been FCA complaints before surely? So why would it affect the release of the RNS? Unless it's something to do with the Texas assets. I feel like ppp might come unstuck with that sudden rush to write them down as impairments and give half to SL... Because it seems so strange they are suddenly looking into Texas again. Shareholders who have been attending the calls told us very clearly that the new board of ppp thought Texas was dead.

Stuart, did you attend the call? Did they actually state the FCA complaint was blocking the release of the RNS? Or was it more vague?

M22C, so ppp only have 40 shareholders? The level of brain power on this forum is something else.

Zag, if an FCA complaint is significant enough to stop ppp releasing an RNS before the call, then it's significant enough to affect the operations of ppp. If they felt they had to inform the shareholders present on the call, then they should be treating all shareholders equally in terms of accessibility and informing us all through the correct channels. It's not that hard to understand.

The way things are going, there will be a vote on the RTO and no opportunity to get out before it happens due to some unforeseen and challenging circumstances.

And yet supposedly ASI, according to those attending the calls, they are in the know and the rest of us are out on the cold.
