WS, it does state in one of the recent rns, that the issues preventing a return are mainly legacy issues... Inferring some are not legacy and apply to the current situation.

In my view, if the FCA has concerns about the scale, structure, disclosure, or admission treatment of the proposed share issues, shareholders should be told that in clear terms.
