Sorry if I'm being dense... But isn't all this the kind of stuff the FCA will be looking into now before a return to trading???
Also, surely the investigation needs to be independent, I. E. The point of the FCA. Unfortunately, the downside of this new appointment is that he is not totally independent ( relationship with Spinks), so that immediately undermines credibility. If they are serious about investigating what has gone on, they need to do it in a watertight way. Why have we not been told what is happening about investigating these issues? Is this what the FCA is looking at? We are in the dark and yet ppp have told us on numerous occasions that there was wrong doing at ppp before suspension.
Let's say the FCA are investigating this wrong doing, then is no one allowed to talk about it? Is that why Spinks can't discuss? But then that is going to take a long, long time, if that is what is holding up a return to trading.
