Chance of placing is high, question is when , it could be anytime from now given sp risen from 13p to 45p in last few months ! I have reduced some to take advantage of the discounted placement share+ reduce capital exposures ( if they give opportunity to retail investors; it could be offered to institutions ). I hope sp keep rising and placing comes at that point so we existing holder wouldn’t feel any dilution impact ! Once cash issue is sorted and NiCe recommendation goes to the plan , sp at below 50p will be a history ! It’s great share to hold consideration it’s potential; of course comes with risk

Recent Rr sp rise is not a speculative rather based on fundamentals, it’s a solid business with multiple worlds leading products, got defence and civil business; for UK government it’s a Strategically important company where government has great interest! I have said many time here it’s a next Tesla in the aerospace industry; now that Covid is over all aerospace companies will shine , we have seen last week $38b Boeing deal,( I do have some holdings on ba) , Indian airline order , many more to come as worlds leading airlines are going to upgrade their stocks and planes as flying hours increase! Rr is in a great position to capitalise it , alongside its solid defence business, it is now a cash cow , will generate massive cash flows as its revenues depends on flying hours ; plus we got a ceo whose mission is to make it profitable, he will focus on its core business, and get rid of loss making projects ! I have been saying same stuff for last 2 years in this chat board , when sp was at depressed level below 80p I had put target price 130, which crossed following the trading update ; more to come ! My long term at min £3.50; I’m a value investor and will hold until it reaches to its full potential! Buying Rr shares at below £1.50 I see still a bargain and life time opportunity! My average is 90p but haven’t sold any yet !

Lot of positive news for Rr, Saudi Boeing order which will have some business for Rr, today’s Australia’ nuke sub, flying hours increasing to reach to pre pandemic level ! Although Rr is down due to Macro issue of SV collapse , U.S. interest rate rising, I still see Rr a winner , I will hold, it’s one of the best growth and post Covid recovery stock , my target price £3.50 with short term £1.75 may take some time

Stock markets have been badly down last two days due to macro issue including SV collapse and U.S. fed interest rate hike ; most of the UK stocks were down but GDr holding its price rather increased, it shows GDr share price is based on strong fundamentals; it can easily go £1+ on the back of positive update by 31 march.

Apollo offered JW for £ 1.6b, Pfc has similar debts like for like value should be around 50% of JW given JW revenue is double compared to Pfc, however pfc has $50b+ in the bidding pipeline ( assuming 25% pfc wins, still its massive )! I wonder any potential offer may be waiting or Pfc should re-rate £1.2-£1.50 range! With that rationale , have topped up last Friday

PANR is a big beast, on the back of any good news like farm out agreements will send this stock to £2+… so don’t worry guys those bought at higher , if their resource estimates reaches to commercial success at even 25% of what is mentioned will be massive ! I will closely watch next few days and top up if stays at this level ; a couple of scenarios; raise cash through share issue , farm out agreement with any large player or take over by a US oil giant … in all case I see massive upside of course everything comes with risk especially oil exploration co like Panr as the nature of business
