I agree with tour post yesterday krak - this is insane. How can we go from an undersupplied market to an oversupplied market in the space of 3 weeks. This is trumpinomics. The whole market is manipulated - there is no logic any longer to how markets react. Anyway back to enquest - i speculate as to whether AB does indeed want to push the sp down so he can average down his sp. That is the most logical in my opinion. Why else do a Ri 2 Times at severely discounted rates.

Ultimately pmo and enquest are very different i would argue. Pmos CEO is capable of selling his company to investors - for some reason AB simply cannot do that. Many things at play with enquest. Its a joke. Mcap is 459. The last two Ri have brought in 220 mgbp. Enquest got 30 mgbp from bp and bumi. So 209 is what is left. The deal with Magnus apparently concludes in Jan so wont get our hands on npv 500 IF that is worth anything in ABs hands. Risk it will also turn to dust....

Although a relatively insignificant Purchase by a non-exec director (never heard of him) it is almost in a League of his own behind AB. I think it is only helmet, faysal and JS that have more shares. Sad that it is only AB with skin in the game. I wish that i had the Info he had. It is a real lottery as to whether we will get our money out but hopefully. I sometimes wonder IF AB wants to purposely keep the sp low. Maybe he will only pump it up when he wants to get out :-(
