If we just extrapolate to Genmark with less revenue and lower margins, valued at $1.8B = roughly £1.2B, we get at least £17 per share. If Nova gets some good slices of the Covid pie, it will have excess work for the next few years and will easily issue a real guidance for at least 2/3 years. I feel that this time, many countries in Europe particularly will follow the UK example by stockpiling diagnostic test equipment to monitor and control and the spread of the variants. France could be interesting as Nova is also Anglo-French. NCYT has all the right tools to do it. IMO, just for Covid alone, Nova manufacturing will be very busy for the next 5 years as other countries are catching up.

The Brittany variant which is undetectable with many PCR tests adds more complications. This time they have to really chose the right diagnostic test provider and we all know who is on top of the list.

One important remark concerning the new variants: Sweden where no confinement was done is starting to get number exceeding 6000's. Very interesting to check if the herd immunity of the majority is starting to be lost. Why ? Is this due to new variants ?

In France many are unhappy that the cases are rising as in Poland, Italy, Belgium and that their hospitals are flooded with critical cases. The head of their NHS may be chopped if this fiasco continues and many are already blaming the way the pandemic is managed. Now that an undetectable variant in Brittany adds complications, many heads will be chopped. At the end they will all agree that the only way to monitor and control the propagation and the spread of infections is TESTING. They will find that their common denominator will lead to Novacyt.
