This is the world of micro cap companies..some have little or no income so damned right it's a risk. If you want risk free then pop your money in a cash ISA. I'm here for the possibility of a multi bag. Yes I'm down on this stock but the hope and expectation is that SYN are able to negotiate a JV to allow exctration of billions of cubic feet of gas and millions of barrels of condensate. If they can't then my holding will take a very significant hit.
Anyone short on HEMO has my respect to be hones, they have bigger cahoots than me. we don't know where HEMO might go..we're betting on HEMOs success whereas the shorters are betting on failure. If hemo fails then I've lost my investment (only) if hemo succeed then there's theoretically no limit to the share price. It could x 5, x10 even x 100 who knows.
I don't care if it goes nowhere soon. This is a different kettle of fish to a lot of other AIM stocks..they have cash, they have income and they have solid plans in EU markets. I hope to pound cost average for the next 2 years and see where we end up in 2026
Its not walking into woolworths, negotiations take time...I'm invested in Baron Oil as well, if you want to see things progressing at a snails pace try BOIL...the difference between SYN and BOIL is that SYN is on shore..yes , drilling and extraction might be an expensive proposition for SYN and partner but nothing compared to Baron oil and partner costs.
Please stop with the FAB pumping...this board is for HEMO and pumping other bio techs on here won't further our collective cause one iota in fact it could be counter productive..people may sell HEMO to buy FAB
I suppose I was being flippant..my self inflicted problem is that I've gone in big on primary industries with prem being one. My theory was/is that EV materials (li, cu, ni) were going to boom..they did and I missed the bus so this is the hangover. Metals I suppose are cyclic and we've seen at first hand how hard it is to get a mine going so at some point in the future EV materials will boom again.
At this point in time I'd take 0.5p. Prem problems aside, I don't get why spodumene has taken such a thumping with everybody and his dog jumping on the electric gravy train. Even caterpillar have got electric mining trucks and e scooters and e bikes are everywhere. I get that it's supply and demand is it simply the case there's now too much supply? I wonder also if prem have got any competitive advantage over their western competitors ? I haven't sold but I'm massively down on this..the AIM is a treacherous place.
My thoughts too SS, I for one was lead up the garden path a little bit with videos like this from May 2023
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b3mAI7QJahw
I for one read into this that the plant was producing spod it was just the rate that was the issue. But no, the compactor was actually compacting sand or dirt whatever but not saleable product. So you could argue that they were testing the compactor but the title says 'the first spodumeme press'...again the vid came from stockbox, not Prem but I do feel that it was a little bit deceiving. Again, my thoughts when I bought in in the first place was the battery metals was the place to invest and I think in time this will be the case it's just will PREM be around
Certainly the most monumental since I started playing around with SYN..maybe next week will be the last chance to buy a few million shares for a few thousand £. Who knows where we're going to end up....my last buy was last week the question is should I buy more..
All the lithium shares are down massively..my masterplan was a load of s#hit..I thought lithium was going to go to the moon..maybe in a few years' time?
OK. Thanks Chris and dhub. I see the logic, surely there is just the delta to check over not the whole case so fingers crossed. I topped up yesterday and again today..if we do get a large rerate I want to be able to sell at least some and keep the rest on a free ride and this is surely last chance saloon to pick up 10's of thousands for a couple of K
