Agree CrustyPete...6 board members and one investor relations manager plus a handful I guess of other staff..there is literally nothing at all for the 6 board members to do...I would feel so much better if they said they were going to take a salary cut...they could even defer it until they get some level of revenue

It's hard to think what will drive the SP lower..in theory they have enough cash to pay themselves for another 5 months which puts us into early August..if no success in the workovers or the new wells end q2 then we're truly goosed

What's even crazier is me contemplating dumping my RR shares to go all in on SYN....if we had a modicum if good news for a change...

I've stopped looking at my ISA lol...same old same old with AIM and small/micro/ nano caps...little to no income, relatively massive salaries and the only way to get funding is via placings or expensive loans..SYN is no different but the appetite for cash when literally not doing anything is crazy

That all said, the fundamentals are still extremely good..someone else paying for the workovers and new drilling on an onshore field that has contingent reserves of 1 trillion cf which is getting close to Sunda Energy's Chuditch off shore field where 100's of millions of $ is needed for drilling, development and pipelines. We are going to be good in the longer term so if more dilution needed so be it. a pity that Roland and the directors won't adjust their salary take over the next few months.

Hi Transmission, the RTM322 is 100% Safran..RR sold our stake in RTM322 in 2013 for EUR 219m...I don't think we supply a single widget to Safran either.

Hi DVH, my rough calcs suggest another placing in April..my logic is based on the 2024 annual report..£2.2m required per year to cover costs admin costs of £1m annually, cost of sales (maybe debatable) of £0.5m and I presume finance costs of £0.7m if last year is anything to go by. Our revenue is £0.5m so we have a shortfall of £125k per month. The £630k raised in Nov will last until end March on that basis....IF IF IF staff have been transferred to Selan there is a reduction in cost of sales so we might last until May or June but a placing is surely guaranteed isn't it? the directors' salaries alone are twice our current revenue. ..the only way to stop it or postpone it would be to cut costs, the biggest being salaries for the directors or another loan which won't of course happen so a placing of 2bn shares at 0.00027 is my bet unfortunately enough unless we get great results very quickly from the q1/q2 workovers

GW talks to himself all day about how good the now suspended Wishbone is...you never ever ever see him say a bad word about the company that are at some point going to screw he and the rest of the Wishbone investors...yet by the same token he says he has 40 million SYN shares and he just can't stop kicking tte company. 40 million shares 😆🤣

Hi Badland, I'm sure I've said before that the SP won't go up in a straight line..someday's it'll be down. if you're a LTH and wish to continue adding then surely it's better to do it on a down day than an up? results are out in 6 day's time anyways

People fed up with waiting and no news I expect...always other rainbows to chase. I'm also invested in Sunda Energy..their proposition is one trillion cf (upto 4 trillion)...Syn is 206Bn cf of P50 (upto one trillion)....Sunda require a funding partner to develop the field (SYN do not), Sunda's field is off shore in 70 mtrs water(SYN is on shore), Sunda have literally zero income currently (SYN around £0.5m PA), someone will have to build a 100 mile pipeline for Sunda (SYN don't need one), Sunda need $100m funding (SYN do not) so two companies planning to extract the same product yet the one fully funded has a market cap of only £5m v £15m in the one needing a gigantic partner and 3 or 4 years' leadtime.

Like I say, i never, ever saw you on here until you suddenly popped up in Oct of last year saying that we should sell SYN to invest in Wishbone....you're trying to talk the price down so you can recover your Wishbone losses...no investor I've ever seen moans so much about a share he's invested in so frankly I don't believe you.
