They ain't buying, its just a standard permission they required so they could purchase some if required for payment obligations. Check the circular the sent to shareholders.

Lads, read it. They are asking you to back the resolution as they intend to back it using their vote on their holdings of 40,002 shares. They intend to buy 10% of the companies shares and either cancel them or hold them in the companies name...why buy and cancel them ? don't know,shouldn't affect the sp...why hold them ?, they can be offered as sweeteners in further deals...just guessing ! !

Just might get back in, can't see the Chinese paying more than 11, but that will do nicely. Gla
