They are buying land packages in certain areas in the (hope) that these will increase in value in time and likewise with the Greek hotel and loan book. These are being purchased in a subdued market place and if in time market conditions improve in these areas, then bingo! Our assets will become more valuable. Gla

Land prices in Brazil have had a good run in the last 10 years. Our first purchase should have made us a nice little bundle by now. We may have to wait a while to reap rewards from this latest purchase as we seem to have paid a tad more per hectare compared to the first holding...hard to tell with these "arm length valuations "..lol. What is the dispute with Panda waste about ?

Do agree re half billion projections, I can see 6/8p in the near future as a done deal now though and possibly 10p plus on speculation in time. I would be more than happy with these prices, but can see the disappointment for those long term holders who are still holding .....

I disagree that the Nasdaq listing won't have a material effect, the listing will propel Vrp into a much larger market place and a possible higher demand from new shareholders which will have the potential to drive the sp higher. Let's face it, our recent/ future placings around the 3 pence mark have been made by instutions with a greater knowledge of how this will pan out and I'm sure they will be expecting more than a 50% increase in their investment over time....let's just see how things unfold. Do your calculations re the hardman report take into account the fact that the the company will have been further de-risked, will be listed on Nasdaq and a possible £100 million in cash to fund Rpl554 towards commercialization. Gla
