There will be no major phase 3 update before nasdaq. These shares are bottom drawer for the next 12 months. We will then have our listing at ??? sp and then we will tank further for a couple of months, then news will come and if positive (as we all hope ) the sp will head skywards. If you are invested now, it's tough.....that's life. GLA

But I'm not fully up to date with Crv's history and could someone make a kinda family tree to show the connections with these companies mentioned. Cheers

We all know that the money men will dictate Vrp's route to market and as usual the small pi will only find out long after the institutions have taken their position. My biggest fear atm is that they may use the wording of the next results to kill the sp, then have their placing and just sit back while "Their buy in sp price, doubles/ trebles " over the next twelve months.........I know I may come across a tad untrusting of the bod etc, but I've been in Aim a long time and have paid dear trusting what companies put out in rns's..Gla

I don't know how some people actually have money to invest. Conciliation "DOES NOT" dilute a share..... The dilution we are due is coming from the fund raising "WHICH" we were told about a long time ago !!. At what price they decide to raise the funds will determine how much of a dilution we have.....in the mean time the mm's will screw the sp and we will have the paid posters crying there's a leak as the help to drive it down..Gla

Sold most, happy to bottom drawer what I have left, gives me a reason to continue watching vrp's progress. Don't stick your head in the sand and expect JAK to be too concerned about small pi's and their holdings. Institutional investors will lead vrp to market at a diluted sp that suits their pockets. As I see it, the only news regarding trials we have is a small cf trial with news due first half 2017 and as I said before the next placing will be lower than 2.80 old money....why do we need to raise more funds on this side of the pond when we list on nasdaq, not too long after our recent placing ????...to compensate our backers with even cheaper shares.

Here we go, no chance of selling now, offer is 2.73 old money and lower tomorrow, wonder what price they have in mind for the placing. Bottom drawer for the next twelve months and then some...

If you had read my post fully, I have stated that's what I am doing, as I've had/ have a large holding, it can be difficult to get a decent quote at this time. Gla

What a fine mess we are in here now. The only way the sp is going this year is down, which is a shame for all the lth. I still hold some vrp shares but have recently sold the bulk of my holding which if I wasn't too greedy, I could have sold last year making many thousands in profit. Personally I can see the sp heading towards 2p if not lower, first we have the consolidation, which anyone of experience will know that it's going to have a downward effect on the sp...don't ask me why, but it always does. Then we have the listing on the Nasdaq, which will see the ADS heading lower than their offering price as we bait new investors, let's also not forget that in addition to the Nasdaq listing, we will be raising more funds here....all to the benefit of those investors who took part in the last placing at 2.8.....so new funds raised will be lower. Finally, after all that, these shares might as well be put in your bottom drawer for the next eighteen months as we will need to up to 600 patients for our phase 3 program and results will be a long time coming. Just my view and I'm sure Thelix, aka the ramper will have a different view. GLA. Ps will be offloading what's left of my holding too.

No doubt, to make the accounts shine when they publish the next trading update. Should fit in nicely to fill the bods pension fund.

Lol....a bit of banter is better than nothing. We've had our shares diluted here as a result of our recent placing and as time goes on we will have more.But this will only happen if the next trials are successful and if so, the sp will be far higher than it is now....having said that, if the trials fail, it won't matter how many shares we have as they'll all be worth jack. The Nasdaq listing is a placing but listed and funded on a different market and although the same, will run independent to here. Gla

I withdraw my last post not that you have explained your "concerns ". Re share consolidation...my view is highly unlikely atm due to the recent institutional investment price and with a Nasdaq placing and presumed rise in the sp over there as we near further trial results, it would be difficult to see the sp tank on this side of the pond....Gla

"Good to hear a different opinion " and what opinion is that ?...the fact that he is concerned. I think it would be better to keep his "concerns " to himself and post if he has something of substance to write about.

About the clues we find and the assumptions we come to. Remember the bigger picture, there's a lot going on behind the scenes, with been funded and nasdaq soon...we have an exciting year ahead.

I can only guess the agm is not finished due to the fact that Scargs has not yet finished his list of questions directed to the bod.....good on you mate. Or, scenario two. Scargs has been silenced with the offer of a prime beachfront plot in Brazil.....let's face it, we seem to have plenty of it and not many know why....Gla

Another one for your notebook ! Now that it has been presented to the courts and therefore not case sensitive, what exactly are Crv bringing Panda to court for and what outcome are they hoping to achieve. Cheers

One person doesn't make the company, she may have received a better offer and took ik., fair play to her. We have received a large investment lately and Im sure due diligence was done re vrp before this....The wheel goes over many a bump on its way to its final destination......Gla
